it really depends on the specs of the turbo and how much boost u are going to run.. anywhere from 180rwkw - 210rwkw if you are still using standard injectors... but if the manifold is for a rb30 it wont fit your car!!!

i have a bosch 040 pump. i will put the standard reg on too tonight n c what happens.. u can actually feel the malpassi viobrating in your hand when u rev the car n put your hand on it

yeah the standard reg is on the end of the rail so fuel comes through the rail then to the reg then to the malpassi (if i put it in after the reg) then back to the fuel tank. at the moment i have just made an adaptor in place of the standard reg.. it wierd it has only just started making the whining noise when driving lately.. it has always winded on ignition when it fills up with fuel... but it makes me thing that it is starving fuel or something?? i dont know if it is causing damage or not..

i am planning on putting a rb25 in my 32 so if it blows that will give me an excuse to do it.. haha i will put the standard reg on as well and see how it goes.. but i thought that if i were to do that the pressure from the malpassi wold only hold it to the standard reg. and the standard reg would in a way block what the malpassi is doing because it becomes before the malpassi and the fuel rail.. if that makes sense...

i have a malpassi running on my rb20.. its the one for when u run over 15psi boost which i am running.. but it has started making a humming noise, sort of vibrating.. it used to do this when you turn the key to ignition.. but i think it was it filling up with fuel... now it makes the noise all the time whenever i put my foot into it... any help would b good. thanks leigh

Price drop!!!! everything - $14500 minus turbo kit - $13500 minus turbo & suspension - $12500 minus turbo, suspension & wheels - $11500 note these parts will be replaced with standard items... and this comes with a RWC. REG 11/07 thanks leigh. -
stock boost on a rb20 is def 10 psi!!! that is why when people buy rb25 turbos they put the actulator off the rb20 turbo to run 10 psi... def sounds like u have a split in the hose or something like that... or a faulty guage.

hey i have tried a seach but couldnt come up with what i wanted.. i know all the other information i need to do the conversion.. but i was wondering about the engineer side of things.. i think i read somewhere u need r33 breaks. but i have a type m and think the breaks are the same if not bigger.. any help would b good.

Ok its time to sell my car… It is a HR32 GTST Type M, the car is in excellent condition I have owned it for a year and I am selling it as I want to get a GTR…. The Car makes 198.7 RWKW and a massive 707.7 NM of Torque!!!!! All on only 15psi…. The car currently has the standard turbo and that on because I got defected and so that I can sell it with a roadworthy… I will either sell the car as is with the standard turbo and that, then sell the TD05/06, exhaust manifold, external wastegate, dump/front/cat, intake pipe, malpassi, oil lines. separately as a complete turbo kit. Or Sell the car with everything!!!!!! List of mods… as the car is today…….. • 3 ½ inch catback exhaust • Front mount intercooler • Bosch 040 fuel pump • SAFC 1 piggyback computer (controls air/fuel) • Cusco front strut brace • No name rear strut brace • G4 fully height and damper adjustable racing coilovers • 18 inch hp wheel • RB25 series 2 gearbox conversion (series 2 has better syncros and energizers) “bulletproof” • Custom tailshaft to suit • Exedy heavy duty clutch, (5000kms old) • Shortened gear shifter • Boost guage • Shift light • Eclips headunit • Kenwood 6x9 speakers • 1000watt boss audio amp • mono steer wheel • gear knob • GTR front bar • Cold air intake • Custom stainless steel airbox • Maybe a few other bits and pieces I have forgotten about…. Car comes with a RWC 200rwkw 707.7 nm turbo kit (whats not on the car) • Trust TD05/06 turbo (don’t know the specs rated at 450 hp) has a very large exhaust housing can see in pic • Turbosmart 45mm pro external wastegate • Modified exhaust manifold to fit the external wastegate • Screamer pipe • 3inch front pipe, • 3inch cat with pipe welded through • oil lines • chrome intake pipe • malpassi rising rate fuel reg. with this turbo kit the car is very fast!! And sounds insane!!!! Who ever buys this car will have a lot of fun with the car… the first to see will definitely buy this… this kits bolts straight on and off my car no worries.. anybody could take it on and off in a day… everything lines up 100% I don’t want to separate as this kit has been made for this car tuned and everything!!! price: $15000 with everything will separate if needed to sell the car. Imperfections on the car: • small dint RH rear guard • pin dint on LH door as well as a mark from an egg • LH side skirt is cracked • Front bar has 2 hair cracks (covered with tape and cant tell • Minor wear on steer wheel and leather boots of shifter and handbrake • Very small cigarette burn on driver seat.. • Interior is immaculate all air vents intact!!!!!!!!!!! • Maybe a couple of other minor things I cant remember… This car is excellent only serious buyers please!! ok, well i have spoken to an engineer from that list and all he says is i have to weld a beed around where the hole is... luckly i know how o weld and have all the tools to do it, i am going to bend up some 4mm tube in the right shape then weld it in... he said i shouldnt need a certificate.. so i will try andget the roady without it... but if he says i need one he will give it to me for $200 just wondering because i am sure this is a common problem, would u guys want me to write up a DIY and show pictures of how i have done it all so thaat u know what to do in the future??? cheers leigh

well i just figured it out... lol, all u need is a little persuation from a big flat screwdriver... there are 2 clips on each side on the very bottom. u need to put the screw driver in there and wedge it up. then it popes out.. need to give it a fair bit.. i thought i was going to break it... then to get the back rest out just undo the 2 bolts holding it down and then lift up...

yeah i hope epa doesntcome after me.... then i am wreacked!!! i really dont know what to do with the parcial shelf!! i think it would b easier to weld plates over it and get the report done... does any1 know how to get into contact with an engineer?? cheers

hey all i got canarried last night n i thought i might share what happened... i aint complaining saying i got unfairly done or whatever... i knew it was bout to happen sooner or later and last night was my night.... i was driving to my mates house in frankston and i obviously got pulled over... the cop went right through my car and got done for a few things, 1 very bad thing and i dont know how i am gonna get arround it!!!!... he got me for.. - to low - malpassi - exhaust - changes to airflow meter "this was a joke!!! i argued with him for like 5 mins about it!!!, he tried telling me that i had done alterations to my airflowmeter!! because my car flutters.. and i explaind it was compressor surge and its because i have a frontmount and airfilter and no BOV.. but he wouldnt believe me he seamed to think that it was because i have guttered it or moved it or turned it around" bahahah and he knew what he was talking about because he was a chappel street cop for a few years!!! LOL ... - partial shelf cut (i am screwed here!!!) i bought the car like that and i have no idea where to go to get an engineer to fix it.. any help would b good... and thats about all he got... what i thought was funny is that he didnt get my larger TD06 turbo, he asked if was stock and i said yeah.. lol. my external wastegate, which sits on top of the manifold.... boost controller but thats fair well hidden... he didnt do me for cooler/filter... and my computer which was sitting on the dash!!!!! lol i will now b spending the rest of the weekend putting it to stock!!! but i have no idea what to do about the parchel shelf!!! any1 know where to get engineers??? cheers leigh

do u have any more info on the turbo? any picks? is it t3 flage? does it go onto the stock manifold? did u make that power on a rb20 on only 9psi?
