I just got a new alarm with inbuilt turbo timer so the TT I had in the car when I bought it was cut out. It is an apexi turbo timer Does anyone know what the wires are? I have Red Green Blue Yellow and Black wires. if i extend these wires and label them should I be able to sell it? or is it a throw away item? It worked perfectly in the car when it was installed

I am after a set of stock plastic R33 skirts Prefer white - but I will probably paint them anyway. MUST be in Sydney - prefer Eastern Suburbs Thanks

Do you mean prepreg when you refer to "dry" layup? Also keen to see some pics to make a decision. Thanks

Stainless Split Dump Pipe For R33
Trooper replied to Trooper's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
SOLD Thanks mitch! -
I can not recommend Leon from Security in Motion, Sydney enough. I got him to install an alarm in my car as well as the add ons such as auto window roll up, auto headlights, boot release etc. VERY VERY professional and unlike a lot of people he pays attention to detail. I am a very satisfied customer. Cheers Leon

Dump Pipe Fs, Stainless Steel, Split Pipe

Not sure mate, if the stock pipe fits, then this will. Glad you were amused by the above conversation -
FOR SALE High quality Stainless dump pipe for RB25det. Came off my R33. I bought this dump pipe off the forum about 6 months ago for $450 from batmbl i think it was, it was fitted to the car for about 500-1000kms (few weeks) then I got a new turbo fitted and this required a new pipe to be made. I had the 02 sensor hole welded in to the dump pipe. I am after $370 for the pipe ONO (due to group buy price being $370 I will come down to the closest offer to that). Pickup only In Sydney (or I can arrange transport to Canberra).

Considering it was used for a week or so it is almost new. Try offering less than 50% of the asking price for something that wont fit your car anyway Get out of my thread -

Dump Pipe Fs, Stainless Steel, Split Pipe
Trooper replied to Trooper's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Don't waste my time with lowball offers. Take your $150 and see what crap product you get for your money. Thanks DIF. I am open to offers accordingly (be reasonable, please use 1/2 of your brain at least) -

BUMP!! -
$660 + postage is not cheaper than a Blitz one or Trust one (not by much anyway) and its more expensive than the PWR one, is it a better product?
-
there are no just jap ones they are all sold out and have been for the past few weeks. I have not any feedback on cooling pro products, but i see where you are coming from and agree that when you pay twice as much for a stamp or sticker that the product is not twice as good (and probably has little advantage if any). I have heard positive feedback from Koyo radiators and lots from PWR gear (of course), and I am assuming trust/blitz will be fine too.
-
I was considering a Koyo one, and also the just jap ones - but they have sold out (or had last time I looked). Plus Just jap is a fair drive from my place and if you add postage it becomes not so cheap. Thanks for the idea to clean out - i figure now is as good a time as any to upgrade (plus a nice shiny new one will look nice in the engine bay) I think i will go for the Trust one. $760 from Nengun delivered - gives me an excuse to buy some other bits at the same time too.
-
It is time for me to upgrade to a bigger radiator for my R33 gts-t The car is only used on the street, but I am moving to far north qld at the end of the year so need something that will cope with the heat as my stock one is only just keeping up with fairly average temps in Sydney. I have narrowed it down to: Trust Blitz PWR looking for a 40mm core. The trust and blitz ones are about $60 more expensive than the PWR one, is the extra $$ worth it? Are there any other ones that I should look at? Does anyone have photos of any of these fitted, as price is similar, performance i assume is similar so it might come down to pure aesthetics Thanks
-
Thanks - they are hot
-
I am looking at pricing some genuine kits to see if I can justify the extra $$ for a new kit before I do a respray. I like the Tommy Kaira front bar and Top Secret front bar but only want genuine gear I also need side skirts. Does anyone know of an online shop that sells genuine kits?
-
My stock skirts are cracked (all the way through) and are just hanging on. Does anyone know a good place that does plastic welding and can re-glue the skirts on as the glue came unstuck which caused them to crack? I live in Sydney - pref. eastern suburbs. Thanks
-
I am in if someone can help me set this up with a laptop initially and give me advice to buy and setup a proper mini-atx solution - I am definately NOT a computer geek, will need help. Thanks

Thanks Tossing up whether to get a custom made coil cover, or if i should just paint the stock plastic one. BOV plumb back pipe I just got from Auto1, cost me about $5 - i wanted to do this in braid also but was going to cost about $150 for the braid and 2 finishers, money which is better spent elsewhere (it needs to be -20 which is a special order apparently and really expensive). Blue... or yellow Yellow won't look too strange, it goes really well with blue if it's the right shade of yellow, and there's already a splash of yellow in the engine bay, so it shouldn't look too out of place. If you add a colour other than blue or yellow, it might start to look too busy. If you're after some inspiration, check out this thread. Thanks for that, good to look through some others already done.... I still can't decide. I am still not 100% sure i like the colour of the powdercoating on mine, I wanted it a bit grayer its more blue than I wanted.... but once the polished bits go on I might like it a bit more. I didn't want to go too bright and I wanted the coil cover to stand out a bit.
