Been a while since i have jumped on here... i dont think i saw you mate but i see your car heaps in dicko Whilst im on here (i know the wrong section) but does anyone have a dump pipe not in their car (e.g. old stock one) the welder at work offered to weld me up ANYTHING i want, so i thought why not go stainless i can get the 3 1/2 ' piping/bends for $120 but i want something to model my new one on before i pull the old one off, so its not off the road too long, and then get the new one fitted and just weld the flange on for the cat end once on the car.

Adjustable Cam gears Oh yeah and new rubber on Saturday Had a chat to the lads at the zorst place in braddon, what do people think about their idea bout rotating the plenum (the standard one) to shorten the piping distance to reduce lag when putting in the front mount?

Is anyone running boost control through their Power FC I keep getting told mixed stories about whether i should buy a seperate boost control unit (AVCR or eboost2) or just the boost control add on for the Power FC I'm not looking at massive power output, just want a little bit more and i wont be upgrading the turbo for a while (not by choice anyway) I hope to be able to adequately control boost through the hand controller cos its a few hundred bucks cheaper buying the add on as opposed to the AVCR etc.

WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM JSA (Japanese Sports Auto) in Preston Dodgiest bastards around... i got burnt very badly from these guys, and heard of others who have also had similar problems. If you do dare to buy, take a list and make them sign of parts that are meant to be on the car, they took mine to stock to get it complied and 'forgot' to put all the extra parts back on the car so when i got it... most of the 'good bits' were missing. They also lied about the parts that were on the car... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

hi mate Any idea where i can get a new exhaust... im sad, apparently i got ripped off about something else (look what happens when you trust car dealers) and my exhaust is only cat back, not turbo back... I either need to get the pipe from turbo to cat, or a whole new system Cheers Heath

Does anyone know approx how much or where to buy turbo to cat exhaust? I was told mine was turbo back but i had a look (should have done this before i actually bought the car) and its only cat back --> pointless It is 3 1/2 cat back, does anyone know how much to complete this (turbo to cat?) and if it is worthwhile doing that or just buying the complete turbo back setup? WOW...things certainly have got heated since i last read this post... I had a great night last friday (as my first time), and met some really really nice lads and got a few ideas for my line...I hope all of this calms down so that the Friday nights will still be like they were last weekend (of course without the speeding etc which apparently went on). Slither...nice car man and it was good to meet you (cheers for some good ideas too) I hope to see many of the same guys out again soon (friday week)...

I had the exact same problem, took it in for a wheel balance (obvious solution) When they jacked it up at the shop i had a look and the dick before me had put spacers in (to push the rims out), which was the cause of my tyre hitting the wheel guard at every little bump, but when i took the spacer off i noticed there was no hub locater. The lack of a hub locater meant that the rim had play between it and the hub. Machined up two of these little bad boys and problem fixed =no shake This will only be a prob (i think) if you have aftermarket rims and if the guy that had the car before you was a dick, or the dodgey dealer you bought your car from was also a dick (had these problems) Cheers Or it could be as simple as a wheel balance -- easier fix too
