I'm hoping with the 'Auto-tune' feature of the Autronic I can significantly reduce the costs of tuning. Possibly even do most of it myself and once the engine is run in have a final tune performed on the dyno...

Model - R31 Engine - RB30E Modifications - Intake, Cam, Computer, Extractors Dyno results - 116.2rwkw @ 5700rpm MISC - Manual, Timing at 10 Deg BTDC (my bad, should have checked!) -
G'day, I'm looking for some info from others that have installed Autronics on their cars. I am in the process of building an RB30DE and will be running an Autronic SM4 (most likely). I would like to hear from anyone who has had success or troubles with the fitting of an Autronic, what to look out for and how much it costs to have one supplied and tuned (I'll be wiring it myself). - If you don't want to post up the prices a PM would be great! Cheers all!

Parts found. Thanks all for your replies!

Hey all, I am after a complete set of GTR injectors. Resistor pack is not necessary (but may be considered if available). Either PM or reply here. Thanks!

G'day all, I am wanting to know if RB26DETT 440cc injectors will fit into the R32 RB25DE intake manifold? Do they fit the RB25DE fuel rail? Being low inpedence is not a problem as I am using an aftermarket ECU capable of low impedence injectors. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find the exact answer I was after... Thanks heaps!

Intake Manifold Gasket For R32 Rb25 De
Nosmo replied to FORZA-MOTORSPORT's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
I got one from Nissan. Took 4 days and had to come from Japan to Tassie! Costs approx $100... -
I'm not sure about the later RB20's but the earlier ones (eg Redtop RB20 from R31) had a smaller flywheel than RB25,26 and 30. Ask Floody, in either the Tassie section or try r31skylineclub.com as he was looking into this a couple of weeks ago.

Even St. Helens is getting it? I wouldnt have picked that! Might be worth while running the outboard on it...

There will be two or three smaller (8mm from memory) bolts outside the head that also need to be undone. One is at the front near the water inlet, the others are at the back. This is based on an RB25 and RB30 so RB20 my be slightly different.

I would like to know which is the greater danger to her friends: Her - driving as she describes or The people trying to 'kill them'? They both have something in common. Surely they can all get along? Do everyone a favour. Stay off the road.

Hey GMB, Still waiting for sticker. Just wondering how things are progressing? Cheers.

Will an RB25/RB26 balancer fit the RB30 crank? Does it make any difference to the harmonics problems over the standard 30 balancer?

N/A - 270cc Turbo - 370cc

1X large sticker please. PM me for details when ready. Thanks mate!!

Cool. Next time I need something from Merv's I'll give you a call! Yep, for RB30.

Where do you work, skidkid? Steve has had the head for my motor for over 2 months and has just finished 4 out of 6 ports. Gee they look awesome though - definately worth the wait. Rosie, thats a sweet looking GTR you have. Can wait to see it on the road!
-
Bloody expensive - $111 for exhaust, $89 for inlet!

So I am to be at a loss if the freight company losses the cargo? If it was me selling the part I'd be doing everything I could to avoid a situation such as this. Its too late now, Rob has had plenty of time and opportunity to either contact the freight company, send another or refund me. Whether he tried to f**k me around intentionally or it was a genuine error the damage is done and in my opinion Rob is a bad trader. However, I have siad that should he deliver on his side of the agreement I shall withdraw my comments. I'm still waiting...

Weird Misfiring At 2000rpm? (rb30)
Nosmo replied to BradyJ_R31's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
I have a set of standard leads on mine original from factory - still working perfectly. Mate of mine had a set of after market 8mm leads on his GTS - ran like shit. Ended up putting my standard ones on the GTS... Also, make sure your oil filler cap is tight and sealing properly. This will make a big difference if not right! -
Well, believe it or not Nissan in Launceston had them in stock. Thanks for help guys...

Weird Misfiring At 2000rpm? (rb30)
Nosmo replied to BradyJ_R31's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Everyone seems to jump to the AFM (Air Flow Meter) conclusion, but its rarely the cause. If your car ran fine before you changed the plugs then there is really no reason to look at things like the AFM. Start by looking at the plug leads - are they clean and tight fitting. Are they in the correct order? Look at any inlet piping removed during the replacement - are any hoses loose or missing (some are under the inlet / plenum and can be hard to see). Look at the electrical connectors - are any loose or disconnected? Hope this helps! If not, let us know and we'll give you some other pointers! Cheers, J -
G'day, I was wondering where the best place to get inlet and exhaust gaskets for the RB25DE is? Thanks all!
