Went to a place called Southland Auto Electrical to have my Rhino Co. GSM type alarm system w. Immobiliser installed along with an Apexi turbo timer. They were also able to create a custom circuit so the alarm system could lock the car and put the windows up but keep the engine running while Apexi turbo timer did it's thing (e.g. delay the immobiliser until the turbo timer shut off the engine). They did a great job and I couldn't be happier with it! Friendly staff and good service. Excellent attention to detail with the wiring in the engine bay too These guys came recommended to me by a number of mechanics when I was asking around for places to do the custom wiring/circuit. Is there any performance gain to be had from buying into these BOV's? Or is it all just flutter and whoosh b/s?

I've got a similar problem on my '33 S2. 2x alpine amps in boot w/ direct to amp earth wiring. I've narrowed my problem down to the fog lights. Seems everytime i turn 'em on, i get alt-whine. Oh well, no driving with fog lights on low music listening? Hope this helps.
