The forms are due 10 days prior to the event taking place. I was not told this at any point and have never had to lodge the same forms before when booking a cinema, from what I can gather either new procedures or because it is a club someone has to take certain legal and financial liability. As I am not a representative or signatory for SAU I was unable to sign 1 form on behalf of the group, so it has to be done on a seat by seat basis. This is where it gets tricky, trying to coordinate that many signatures on paper and hand them into BCC in time is almost impossible. I was going to have a go at it but my car is away this week leaving me in a bad position where I am unable to run around of an evening chasing this up. Having said all this, we can all book online and pay for our own seats and avoid the legal hassles, I have bought 10 seats so far and the rest of the cinema for that session is still free, not 1 single other booking. This makes it very easy for everyone to logon and pay for themselves if needed and we can still go as a group.

Having them all signed by this Friday and submitted to Gold Class. I haven't even received money from half of the people on the list which is allot easier then trying to fax or post forms around.

Again I would like to apologise for the stuff-up, it was unforeseen and BCC Cinemas have never required this when I have previously booked out a cinema. Lesson learned. I am so sorry for this hassle, I have booked cinemas many times in the past and not had this hassle. It would seem that BCC have had troubles with damages and now want to pin it on people/companies hence this new T&C thing. I only just found out when they posted me out the paperwork. I can either book you a ticket online or refund each of those who have paid. If you wish to have a refund please PM me with your bank details and I will process the refund immediately. Major set back, I need to have Terms & Conditions forms signed by each person attending and have them in by Friday this week to make this go ahead. I can email a pdf file, fax or meet you in person to get these signed, please note that emailed forms will need to be returned to me via Fax or in person.
