After over doing it on some HK shopping I have a few bits and pieces to offload. All Items brand new with packaging (where available). Only 1 (or 1 set) of each. Apexi DECS 120mm tacho. Looks like the real deal but unlikely as the instructions are quite basic (not to mention it was cheap). I have had this out of the Box and it powers up and does all the things it should (EL illumination and stepper motor needle dance on power up). Includes temp sensor and oil pressure sensor. $200 Defi Gauges. Ok these are definitely copies, God bless the chinese, but seem nice (stepper motor, opening sequences, peak warning etc) - dont require control box. I would like to sell these as a set (as I only have one of each). The quality of the meters, wiring and sensor appears good - if I dont sell I will happily install in my R34. OK - it has been 5 years since I posted anything about this (I checked...) but I couldnt help myself. Interested in the plethora of fake apexi timers flooding ebay at the moment (they have silver, black and even black with blue LED - all around $50 delivered from asia) I bought a couple to see if the quality had improved. It hadn't. On the up side - gotta love the vendor, bless his heart. I raise a dispute through paypal saying that the items were counterfiet - and he refunded my payment in a flash (including postage). He said I could keep the timers (thanks - they are shit) so long as I gave him positive feedback.... what - so some other buyer may no be bothered to make an issue out of recieving junk? I think not... NEG! When I get a minute I will post up some photos of real vs fake... in the meantime I am not advising anybody to try and procure free fake turbo timers... just letting y'all know I did.

no idea on the pistons - some forged jap things. Block is R32 > Crank is R33 / wide oil pump drive. (Crank has done no k's since overhaul)

RB26DETT (05U) with forged pistons fitted in japan Engine was stripped down due to conrod bearing issue Complete reco crank, rods, bearings etc (done by ben @ racepace) Block was cleaned and crack tested, new welsh plugs N1 oil pump and water pump Vernier cam gears Reco head with new tomei metal head gasket More details on other machining and work available Engine is a complete long motor from cam covers to sump (no turbos or inlet manifold - but have turbos available if need be).
