    the little misfire reared it ugly head again, so i decided to rip open the afms, the solder looked fine tbo, didn't seem cracked or loose. but i re soldered them anyway, i honestly added the smallest amount of solder, and resealed them back up. this is a shit job, cutting away sealant and trying to reseal them without it looking shit house. but yeah, misfire completely gone, so happy when simple things work.

    I like it, did you do that or are you considering it or? i was surprised to see how dark they actually were stock compared to what we all know them to be now.

    Yeah i bought the philips 4000k, i beleive they were about $80

    yeah its n1 lights, the cutoff is the same, the light output is different, thats all bulbs will give you. projectors give you the cutoff.

    this is all i have, this is before adjusting, i did adjust them down slightly as i usually do with brighter bulbs, but this is in comparison with the phillips white. left light only phillips right light only led the phone is adjusting for the light difference obviously but here is both left and right, old v new on the road, this is th eN1 foglights vs the main beems on LED, you can see the on comming traffic is not flooded by light all i can say is i have had stock, phillips and i have also had HID in projectors, and i woudlnt go back from LED, not in these lamps anyway.

    i truly have never had an issue, i drive my car daily, like every day, i have never been flashed or blinded anyone, or anything, the original bulbs, even Phillips were horrible. the LED placement is very deliberate to reflect of the reflector in a specific way, mounted one higher one lower, but yes its not going to be perfect, but as said i have never had an issue. that being said, retrofitted HIDs, although pricey, win at life.

    yeah i love my led headlights, just get the 80wat if you do, but they only suit N1 headlights i think

    i remember you choosing wheels, dont know if these are any use to you but i just saw these come up stupid cheap by the looks of things. 16x7 pair 16x8 pair 4x114.3 stud pattern. Couple of marks on the lips but nothing major. Swap for 17 or 18" wheels 5x114 stud pattern.     yeah i have them bookmarked, still worth it when you pay for a respray and labour ect.

    new seal un sure what i want to do at the base, i have ran the seal under the old metal frames, i will be re-using these when i get genuine seals, but for now i have just left the tabs overlapping the new rubber, the only way it can be blended and sealed without genuine bits. it will do for now.
