Its mechanically standard except for a BOV Has a full year of Rego (22/11/06) Number plates come with the car as well. ~115 000 kms Exterior: Full respray in Black w/ Midnight Purple pearl, it glows a beautiful purple in the sunlight, a real head turner. Paint has a few small stone chips at the front and a few minor marks elsewhere, nothing major. 19" Chrome Alba Bank rims on 245/35 rubber, Falken at front, brand new tyres at rear. Front only done 20 000kms Lowered with adjustable suspension. Series 2 Tail Light separator (the bit that says 'Skyline') Interior: Red MOMO steering wheel, gear boot & knob, handbrake boot. Alpine CDA-9827 WMA/MP3/CD head unit White speedo/tacho etc dials, lights up blue at night. Blue NOS seatcovers Stereo: Currently in car- Pioneer rear speakers 1 x Fusion Encounter 5 channel Amp The following ar currently not installed in the car, but will come with the car for the buyers own installation. 1 x 12" Fusion Encounter Sub 1 x Fusion Encounter 2 channel Amp 1 x Fusion Encounter 1.0Farad Capacitor (Still in box, NEVER used) 1 x set of Alpine Type S Front component speakers (Brand new in box, will be installed before sale) I think that just about covers it....

Same thing happened to me.... it turned out to be the little black box inside the door which you speak of.... one of the little wire connections was loose inside the box and a quick solder back together fixed it... No problems since...

Hey all I just recently got my R33 GTS-T back after 2 weeks off the road to replace a blown turbo.... and after 10 mins of driving it i blew a rear tyre. I was told (and shown) by my local tyre place that the inside wall of all four tyres are cracked... and the rear left on was so cracked it blew, and the other rear one was on its way out so it was replaced as well. The problem is.... i paid $350 EACH for these tyres in march of this year, and they have travelled only 20 000kms from new... They are Falken... 235/45ZR19... and they guy said the cracking is due to such an extremely low profile... but i realised to myself afterwards that the tyres that were on the car before i replaced the whole set were the exact same tyres and had no cracks whatsoever, only the tread was worn to dangerous levels... And the tread on the tyres i just had replaced was fine...? Im confused... should the above mentioned tyres lasted more than 20 000kms? Remembering tread is fine.... Car in stock, unmodified...

I had same problem last week, as paulr33 ^^^ said, exhaust wheel on turbo could be screwed, mine now looks like a pile of dirt...

Seriously, ive copped a lot of similar abuse, i just laugh it off nowadays The best ones are the idiots stumbling across the street on a Friday night yelling at me to "get a real car" or to "p!ss off back to japan" with my "four cylinder plastic sh!tbox"... im not japanese, and Skylines dont have 4 cylinders..... its hard to concentrate on driving when your laughing urself to tears...

Farrrrrrrk...... can i/we please have a picture of the front bar damage? And also one or two of the interior? Im interested in this.....

Im looking to buy an immaculate R33 Series 2 with minimal mods....

Well im fairly close to Bathurst.. just an hour or so further inland... do i count?

Well its my daily driver so i need it back on the road ASAP, i guess i may just have to go for the $650 one.... BTW, heres a photo of the culprit, all its done is cost me money since i got it... im considering looking around for a late R33 model with engine mods already done... we'll see... btw colour is Black with midnight purple pearl, beautiful in the sunlight...

Hey Ive run into some trouble.. (1993 R33 GTS-T, NO engine mods) Last night i was cruising around and all of a sudden it felt as if the engine 'grabbed', similar felling to pressing the brakes, there was no response from the accellerator so i backed off to around 60km and tried to accelerate again but nothing but a steady crawl... i realised there was no boost at all, no blow off valve noise, nothing! I also noticed a horrid burning smell whenever i revved over 2500rpm, so i basically had to roll all the way home. I also noticed this morning that it is blowing white smoke out the back like a bitch, and still no boost. I took it to the mechanix and left it with him, he rings me up and tells me the exhaust impeller wheel has desintegrated and parts of it have collected near the cat, so basically its rat-sh!t... Now, i live in a area thats far removed from anything resembling an import wrecking yard (Outback NSW, near places like Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst) and need help finding a replacement turbo. I have looked at buying a T3/T4, but would require a different wastegate, dump pipe, maifold etc so i have decided to try and locate a stock R33 turbo second hand (But in good nick) from somewhere, i just need help finding that somewhere...
