theres about 5% difference at most. next time my cars on the dyno ill try it.. waiting for the new turbo to arrive first! if the cars got twins already, just stick with them i recon and go 2530's or similar

from memory i think the red top and silver top coils are different.

i really dont think its possible to run a 11.7 on stock turbos?

is the t04z a garrett or hks item?

138mph with 396kw is quite good.. looking at staying twins or single?

roy / archie what T04Z are you talking about? HKS or Garrett and what size rear housing? i assume this was bolted on a near stock motor?

i put a set in over the weekend and got it checked on the dyno today. Before: HKS twin power, standard coils and plugs gapped to .7 =565rwhp @25psi After: Added in the splitfires and plugs gapped to .9 = 574rwhp @24psi boost was slightly lowered because plugs started to struggle with gap at .9 i could slightly lower the plug gap and run more boost but im happy as it is. seemed to gain power pretty much throughout the whole curve. and there was no need to change any of the tune but i thought better safe than sorry.

keen to see a dyno graph, any more updates on the car now? also, where did u buy your t04z?

i dont know of many r34's but i have heard of N1 r33 with smiliar problems. why not spend a little extra for better peace of mind. rob82 standard r32 oil pumps are weak as

i wouldnt risk using a N1 oil pump, spend the extra on sumthin better for sure.

hey all got my car tuned today making 565rwhp on 25psi. the standard coils are starting to fail, so i think i should upgrade them. currently the plugs are gapped to .6 and i already have a HKS twin power. Sooooo if i add the splitfire coils and gap the plugs say to .9 would i need any kind of retune?? thanks, Luke

i have one on my car also. didnt really notice much of a difference but i havent tested it properly and still use standard coils my plugs are gapped at .6 and ran up to 24psi with standard coils (no twin power). tried running a .8 gap with the twin power but only up to 20-21psi but would missfire at high rpm. might get a set of splitfires one day and try a 1.0 gap with 24psi

stock one is fine unless your planning to make over 600hp

ive been running my bee r for about a year and a half now, no problems. nismonut, i found my bee r limiter isnt very accurate, the factory limiter isnt accurate either so there isnt much of a chance they would both cut at the same time.
