just read this for the first time, very interesting. any idea if it consumes much power while the car is turned off? as it is my cars battery starts goin a bit flat if i havent driven it for 2 weeks or so.

actually steve, not simple at all. i would personally go for a GTR that has stock-looking low mounted turbos.. i just been through this process with my single turbo RB26 gts4 and took me 3.5 months and over 3K to get it passed. single turbo = engineers report = emissions test = BAD depending on the other mods on the car. eg aftermarket ECU, CAMS, injectors, and a few other things make it REALLY hard to pass. and they are introducing the IM240 emissions test now (if it isnt already here) which i heard will cost around $800 and much harder to pass than the current test. so what other mods does the car have like i mensioned above? Nathan also had alot fun doing this before me

as long as the rims fit inside the guards and arnt stupidly wide, u should be fine.

agreed. if i see police driving a few cars behind me or coming in my direction, its definatly worth to take a detour.

^ on my rb26 with the oil cooler i have to the dipstick reading a bit over the H mark or i loose pressure in high revs. oil pressure should read about 2kg/cm3 when properly warmed up. buy a aftermarket gauge so u get accurate readings

i had a standard rb25 turbo on my rb20 and wasnt laggy at all from memory made 14psi by about 3200 first thing, get it tuned. maybe your BOV isnt workin properly too?

yeah im thinking of getting a to4z with the 1.00 housing. dont know how much of a difference it would make but. bit more top end and a bit more lag? lol T51R. full boost at around 6000 on a 2.6L?
