man are u serious that 5-6k will get u about 200kw?what mads would this include?im looking for a gts4 as well and am hopefull of getting near to 300rwhp( mads im planning to get to this hp figure:new turbo,fmic,exhaust,fuel pump and injectors,pwr fc,up the boost to about 12psi normal driving and a bit more when drifting)...am i dreaming to get these pwr figures?

first and foremost..i dont want a damn commadore...its not a suggestion i was asking for now was it wanted.i did state that i would spend up to 15 on the car...i didnt say i wasnt gon' spend more on the engine..just the car.. (i understand most spedo's are wound back,you cant do anythign to fight that) i no i can get a r32 in damn good cond for under 15.u just gotta look.plenty of straight versions out there thanks for the opinions on insurance.but i have that covered.i understand what is involed in owning a car.i have been quoted $1300 for full comp insurance under my own name not my mums..im 19 have had my car insured under my name since i was able to drive all i was wanting is peoples opinions on what SKYLINE(not commadore)they thought was the best with there own opinions and dealings with them...

thanks guys for the imput...i have made my decision..im gonna get a R32 gts4 2 door manual.. i no what to look for on the body side of cars but i don have much knowledge on the turbo side of things.. is any1 willing to come with me when i find a gts4 i might buy and go over it for me?i will make it worth your while,pay for ur fuel to get to me and throw u a bottle of rum,xxxx, vodka etc for your time and opinion only ppl in bris tho

hey guys.. have made my mind up i will buy a r32gts4 2 door. engine/performance mods i will do to it include fmic,new turbo(advise me on a good one),pwr fc,boost to 12psi,fuel pump,injectors,exhaust.suspension.. what sort of pwr would i be looking at if this is all installed right and estimated 1/4mile times.. i had a 02 3.5L manual magna N/A..only mods were exhaust,suspension and podfilter and i could do 14.6's...and yeah it was done a few times not just on off times... few questions.i did a search on 1/4 mile times..it seems guys with with fmic,exhaust and boost to 12psi can only manage 14's??? that seems pretty piss weak to me?would those times be just due to poor driver knowledge of how to handle the car down the 1/4?i no it will take me ages to get use to it as i have never had a rwd,but gettin a fwd to do tose times isn't a fluke either... but if i had fmic,12psi and 3'' exhaust i would want the bugger to be smashing very very low 14's but more likely 13's, being well driven of corse..would i be dreaming for these times only those 3 mods? please shed some light onto this issue and maybe post up soem recent times u have achieved with ur mods u have.. ohh and yeah i did a search 1st too

im ready to buy my 1st skyline...i do really like the r32 but i dont mind the r33.. i have 15K absolute max to spend on a turbo skyline..prefer spending closer to 10k tho.. must be manual and under 100,000km's... what is the best one to get in ur opinions as u all own them..it will be my daily driver but want it to drift/drag would i be correct in assuming the r32 and r33 with similar mods go equally as hard as eachother?

hey guys well im new to this site and this is my 1st post!!! i currently have a mitsubishi magna 2002..its pushing about 220hp atw.not bad for a n/a car..pretty good car too cos i have taken a fair few skylines at the lights...but not the highly modified ones..but only problem is that its not RWD ... i have always liked the r32 turbo skyline and am looking to purchase one asap for the use of drift/drag(the usual)...but i have a few questions... ohh and i have used the search key already,it answered most of my question but not all of them... 1.i have been told there are a few motors in the r32 range is this true..i only knew of the 2L one?if so what is the better motor..(not interested in the gtr,i know they are a different story) 2.i have had a 180sx sr20det and i got 300hp atw fairly easy(FMIC,new turbo,exhaust,power fc,coil overs,fual pump and injectors,more boost,plus a few other things) all this i got for about 3000k(uninstalled)...is it easy to do this with a r32skyline with this sort of money?? 3.if i could only manage to get 250Rwhp,what should i expect to have as a 1/4 mile time?with my 180 i could score 12's fairly regularly...i would hope 13's in the r32 would be very doable..or am i dreaming? thanks so much for any help guys.i look foward to seeing u all soon.. jared
