I purchase my R32 GTS with gearbox issues. I had it checked out and the specialist advised the main bearing was pretty much farked and the 2nd and 5th gear synchro's needed replacing. It cost me approx $780 with 1yr/20Km warranty. IMO i dont think it will be cheap. good luck

My R32 is in need of the 100K service but after doing a little research and obtaining some quotes (anywhere from $800 - $1000) i have decided to hold off on it. The car is now currently at 113K's donations any1?

Hi i have the same issue but the warning light has been flickering on and off randomly when i originally purchased the car. The previous owner upgraded the exhaust and since then the warning light randomly flashes on and off. It use to annoy the hell out of me at first but now after having owned the car for over a year i dont even notice it anymore. Though i have been wondering does anyone know how to disable this warning light only pls? thanks in advance!
