  1. Thanks for the he reply. If it is at the right price! I was just looking for a old second hand one. What price are you asking? Cheers
  2. Hay all. I am chasing a rb25 gearstick. Cheers. 0434381755
  3. righto lads, FYI it turns out the length from where the stick seats into the carrier that's locked by the circlip to the ball/cup at the end of the stick is shorter than a stick from a RB25 box, i found this out by comparing it to a mates set up. I am not sure where the stick that i have came from but it is defiantly shorter therefor why it falls out when selecting gears. So if anyone has a rb25 gear stick i am looking to buy one. Cheers for all ya help.
  4. yea got the white plastic cup on the bottom, just a dummy and forgot to upload them.
  5. Thanks for the reply, i have uploaded a few pics to help paint a picture.
  6. G’day. Bought a 25 box of gumtree and the fella “had to find the shifter” the shifter feels a bit sloppy and jams up after a while (falls out of the selector). Is it possible the shifter is too short. Has anyone got a proper rb25 gearbox shifter they could measure so I can compare with mine? Cheers.
  7. G’day all. Just looking for some info on wiring my standard tacho i am running a microtec LT10s and a M&W cdi unit. My question Is how do I wire in the standard tacho? I ran the rpm output trigger to the “TAM” pin on the back of the tacho? Is this correct? if it is it is not working and would anyone know what I have done wrong..... cheers
  8. G,day all Big thanks to everyone for your help and info on how to measure clutch bearing carrier. My next question with all the measurements done i am unsure what size would best suit what i need. With the carrier fork pushed back against the gearbox and the clutch attached with the bearing held in place on the fingers and the 2mm for sandwich plate i have come up with the figure of 29mm between the fork and the bearing. With this measurement what would be a recommended size bearing carrier? Should there be a few mm of play or a lot of play between the bearing and fingers? I guess my concern is if it is too close it will always be touching the fingers and it will push the fingers too far when engaging the clutch pedal or too far away and the clutch wont disengage. any help is greatly appreciated and if anyone has any suitable carriers for sale let me know.
  9. Yea that’s correct. The carrier- I did a measure with the clutch in and the fork in the full depressed. After crunching son numbers.... the distance between the bearing and fork is 28mm.
  10. I bought a new NPC clutch for my Rb30 rb25 box conversion. The kit came with a new bearing but I don’t have a throw out sleeve. Anyone have one they would like to sell or know where to get one? Cheers.
  11. Cheers all. I have taken all tour trusty advice and went with NPC. Anyoun know where I can get a throw out bearing sleeve?
  12. just a cruiser and maybe 1 or 2 goes down the strip. Gets driven once a month.
  13. Hay lads. Any hints on what clutch to get? Rb30 with rb25 box in a r32 with a Garrett 35/40 turbo about 450hp Need to know what clamping force or what clutch you gurus recommend. Cheers
  14. G'day Lads, I am looking for a clutch.... second hand is ok. i drive the car probably 100kms a year so i don't see the point in buying a new expensive one. Cheers Jade 0434381755
