  1. hahaha its the 94mm trust exhaust. Though i bought a metalcat and its probably what is restricting it they said as i got it installed and after the front pipe it joins at a 3" then the trust 94mm, though it will definitely get fixed up and sent back to powertune in a week or two so will definitely update to see it go past 450awkw Hmms R31, why do you keep saying rwkw? I ran it on a awd dyno at powertune. Hmms not sure if i can make 500awkw on my engine, might be able to on higher boost, but only problem is i am only running SARD 1000cc and really i find it no point pushing it any harder, am happy with 30psi because it fliesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss so who said gt-rs was laggy on a 2.6L?

  5. Hi All, Just looking to sell my Sard 800cc injectors. Have had a quick look around and they're still selling for $900-950 I've only done about 5000km on them and there is nothing wrong with them. It is actually still in the car.   6. Hmm i am with guilt-toy. I am running in my newly built motor with HKS GT-RS. I had a 3" exhaust on and couldnt even get past 0.8bar boost at 6000rpm and when i changed to a 94mm trust exhaust it easily got to 1.2bar boost. Now I am running a silencer on the car and it stops at around 0.8bar. With a silencer on it actually spools up kind of late and as you can see the lost in power. Dont see it wrecking the engine though. Its not like the exhaust is fully blocked, just won't drive as hard.
  7. faulty temp sensor, i had the same problem when i did the rebuild on my rb26. I used the r32 one but once i changed it to my r34 one, problem was gone.
  8. Standard block is fine, get good set of cams and plenty of head work... you'll need it for 400

  10. Thats exactly what i was trying to say to Paul. I dont think they're that crap as he is actually letting on, i've seen quite a few cars hold 400+awkw with those rods/cp piston combo. Hence i asked him how much he thinks it could hold, since i'll be tuning my car for 400+ soon I agree there are better rods, but perhaps he is just saying nitto rods because he shelves them?
  11. I understand that many products have little or no gain, still i think a forged set would be better then a standard set from nissan Though i didnt know that Eagle was made in China? What kind of power you think you'll start having problems with Eagle Rods?
  12. hmm i disagree that eagles are garbage. why would they waste their time making aftermarket ones if it is going to be garbage compared to standard ones? i understand if you're talking about chinese rods, but i still think they would be better than standard rods.

  14. ive been sent to DECC once unfortunately and went to Granville. Car has to be put back to standard completely ( I got away with powerFC, injectors on standard fuel rail & tomei 260/260 9.15mm cams) but everything else had to be put back to standard. Your car will not past even if your car is 91db, I had a standard r34 gt-r cat and exhaust and it still failed. I had to have metal plates put in my exhaust and drilled little holes through it. Personally to pass i reckon the best way is go to the exhaust shop and get them to make you a whole new exhaust system, a small one, one or two cats and one or two midmufflers, its almost impossible to get your car to 90db in my experience. But this is definitely what i would do in the future, you can keep your modifications on if your car is engineered but be sure they'll send you to do an emissions test afterwards!
