    The argument made by all governmernts is that speed cameras lower the road toll. The UK has the most speed fixed speed cameras and the highest death toll per million...argument disproved.

    This guy was most likely not a cop. Making a speeding fine stick these days will take more than the say so (verbal) of a cop. The vehicle would have to have a calibrated speedo. as for the "to be f$%ked" business. Not acceptable conduct....sounds fake I've been pulled over by an off duty cop...they are never off duty.
