  1. One 34t in Perth
  2. Well there you go, I do know someone lol. I have the 13row in front of the radiator. A couple of bends here and there and it fits fine. Similar results from memory. Being in Perth I would say that an oil cooler is an essential that belongs near the top of the list of mods.
  3. you again...you just dont get it
  4. Trust is the ticket and get the remote filter mount in the kit, it comes with a thermostat. These are a must for a track day Three varieties. 1. Mounted in front of the radiator, short hose length, some believe that it cuts down on efficiency of the rad 2. Left inside guard. Long hose length, needs more oil to fill it i guess...there is one for sale in the FS section at the moment if I recall 3. flat underneath engine. I dont know anyone who bought one.
  5. Shaft + Money=Win! Good outcome. Maybe this thread should compulsory reading for anyone wanting to start a GB, I don't think I would take one on. My shaft will be in Perth soon, fingers crossed, and I'll get it measured.
  6. fark! Looking at the original set of pics it looked like the torque unwound it but these shots make it look like it just snapped. I wonder what the QA/AC for these things is?
  7. Last pic, you can see where it's sheared. Not good ...Andrew tells me mines on it's way...now this.
  8. Apologies Tony, fair enough. If you come across another I'd be interested. Cheers Damn you Andrew Shaft news lol. The saga nears it's end
  9. Jeez Tony. If ya didnt want to ship it to Perth you should have said something. Anyhow...Nice score Andrew
  10. I was thinking of a tour of the S&M bars ...*maybe candy is code for that* 2000 posts woowhoo
  11. The R looks pretty banged up...don't think that would buff out. Good call on ripping out the drive train and moving on. GL with the 180
  12. If you can make it to Tanzania, your in with a shot. Keio Plaza in Shinjuku on Wednesday Night till the next Tuesday then Hakuba for a week, I just wish I had paid for my hotels before the nonsense started. I'm up for a meet, drinks, workshops, whatever.
  13. Jan 14-19 at Hakuba this time.
  14. yes!...and that word would be NO. From memory Andrew said they intended to ship on that date, so I'm not expecting anything for another few days *fingers crossed* The saga continues. Still, TAS in 3 weeks and that will cheer me up no end...woowhoo cars then snow!!!
  15. Great kit, just put one in my 32R. Price on the gear set with h/d input shaft alone is now almost 5K without delivery. Andrew helped out on a GB I was on and he is a reliable trader.
  16. Why would the rears need new springs after 1000K?
  17. Do you think thats enough...lol sigh
  18. ...just like everyone else.
  19. Yeah, had this happen. Some say there will be a problem. But when my rear turbo went there was no residual damage. As for replacement turbos, it all depends where you are going and how much hp you want....2860-5 were my choice. 430whp on standard internals, but these will support more power on a rebuilt or stroker engine down the road (when the $AU stops getting butt raped )
  20. Ah the saga continues. Apparently shipping on the 17...of December. Inshallah
  21. Check the 34t suspension group buy...there should be something in there
  22. Hey Andrew, I'm still waiting and calling James is difficult from Africa but I'll keep trying
  23. Calling James tonight. I grow weary of this...
  24. Nope...claims that Fedex have lost the shafts. You just don't lose boxes that big like that. I cant believe that Fedex would stay in business very long losing packages. Having said that I bought some Snowboard gear through priceusa a couple of weeks ago and the proprietor told me that the ups tracking number was relatively pointless as they enter it wrong...it has a bar code so how does that happen? The snowboard gear has turned up on time though...so go figure. Same explanation I got from James today and he quoted my home address not the workshop address. There is more to this than meets the eye friends When/if it gets here that will work out well as the centre bearing feels likes its going so it will save me replacing it
