My understanding of the traffic lights is that U allow to pass on amber as long as u pass the line marked before red, it is legal. Amber light means, If safe stop. But cant give me a fine when the light is amber. just ridiculus, guess thats y he didnt, Maybe he just pulled me over to check up and say hi maybe...LOL

he didnt give me a fine, just let me waited there for about 15 mins or so, it was crowded shopping center, and its like am the center of attention... :lol:

Hi, Just thought i would shared my expericenced, Today, just driving around a busy shopping center. 2 cops on bicycle, I saw, so i drive as normal as i could. At traffic light, where Right Turn arrow light just turn yellow, I turn anywai, as it is allowed. Then the cops on the bicyle pulled me over cop: do u know y i pulled u over? me: No, I duno, why? Cop: U duno? me: I didnt do anything wrong Cop: U turn right when the light goes red, Me: I did not, I turn when the light was still amber, Cop: when the light goes amber, u still have to chance to stop but u didnt, and u turn, then its GREEN on the pedestrian crossing, Me: as far as i know, as long as u passed the line when the light still yellow, its legally fine. cop: NOPE, when light goes yelow, if u can stop u have to stop. argue on and on, then he ask for license and took him 15 mins later to let me go. i scared he asked me to pop the bonnet as i got POD, and my 3" exahust, wats the deal with the light? i mean, is he used that excuse to pull me over? cops are weird,

its come down to the TOOLS that u have, spanner wont fix everything, LOL, thats all i have really! sockets and spaners, :lol:

1. I have turbo timer Greddy, I was panic like u, as my timer intermittently didnt work, as sometime after a drive, I turn the igntion off, the timer didnt stay on. But now i know why, not sure if its similar to urs. But here goes, - I noticed that when i park, with gear in Neutral, but handbrake Not on, Timer will shut Off. - If I stop, and Clutch still in, Timer shut OFF. (weird) - If I parked, HandBrake oN, but in Gear, timer is OFf as well... so to corect it, i come to a complete stop, handbrake Up and in neutral and clutch is oUt, then it works Normal.... hope ur problem is as simple as mine. just take me a while to realise. cheers,

i forgot to mention, I have screwed up alot of fuses and alot of parts, there always mistakes but it come out alrite. at the end

Its a passion i guess, I started out doing Mechanical Engineering at UNSW, for 2 yrs, Boring ass, all theories. then i work as Mechanic Aprentice for a yr. Now my career diverted to electrical... NOW I be able to fix my car, but if things get complicated or If i dun have the tools to do it, i leave it to workshop, but Mostly normal problem in ran into i try to do it myself. reading car magezine helps! :lol: working on ur car is the most practical expericences u can get. my boss told me once "even a 10 yrs old can take things out and put a replacement parts in, but u gota know how it works" so i guess reading and understanding is important. My Greddy Auto turbo timer does it, i got it for $120 from BT-revelotion, dilvered, I got it instal at an Audio guy, he sux ass, but cheap, he didnt hook up the speed wire, soo it does not allow the auto timing function. I got it hook up my self. very simple really, and now it works, depends on how hard i drive, it let the engine run longer, it have heaps other ufnction as well, but hard use them,

Hi, I just bought simmons wheels, but 1 of them have outer lip damage, does any 1 know any mag wheel place i could take to repair them? or expensive alternative is to take to simmons repair workshop to replace the lip, does any 1 know where simmons repair workshop is? price i will be look at to pay for repair either at a MAG wheel shop and simmons? any help would be good? thanks, darrien

Hi, I got set of 17 inches MAG wheel for sale, it is "SIMMONS STYLE" NOT simmons, brand is EURO CONCEPT DESIGN. Cheap for $380 ono, great for replacement over stock. As it is 9'' wide, more traction over stock. Item: 17'' Mag wheels, EURO CONCEPT DESIGN Location: SYDNEY, Liverpool Item Condition: 2 front Mag is in very good condition, beside some minor scracthes, front tyres still have like 60-70% treads, Rear wheels, are in fair condition, no gutter gash but the chrome plating is chipping off, and tyres are bald. Reason for Selling: Just bought real SIMMONS MAG WHEEL. Price and Payment Conditions: $380 ono, PICK UP!!!! try search on ebay, couple of days ago, i seen it advertise, ARC SMIC for S1, but about 300-400 bucks and it said its only 30% biiger than stock but 3 kg lighter,
