Mx5s are gay. Don't get one lol I don't see an issue with a 33. Keep the mods simple, lighten it heaps and have fun! Good bang for buck. A modded RB sounds better then a modded SR any day of the week! If I wasn't racing my mx5 and was looking to get into some track day fun, I'd go a 33 due to cheap and bang for buck. Plenty of parts too!

on dyno attended round 4 MRA. MX5 and TT were grouped together on the sunday, big field of 38 cars for qualifying and race 1 found some space but only managed a 1.13.3 race 1 started down the back. made a coupole spots then red flag and restart. due to the confusion in pit lane I lost 3 spots on the grid. oh well. got held up by some 380's and HQs race 2 I had an HQ with a 6.3L V8 in it hold me up. he kept cutting me off and would just come across the track. he went wide at fish hook, I go under brakes, up to his B pillar and he just compelete turns into me. we hit. then next lap similar again however at exit of fish hook he keeps coming across and across and I gave way before the kink going off the track. end of race I was frustrated. I kept my cool so lodged a complaint with race control. showed them the in car footage and he got a warning for unsportsmanlike racing race 3 was our Mx5 only race. managed 4 laps in the 11.s and a PB of 1.11.81 vid: took guard off bought a second hand one and polished it up cant make the AASA ACT state champs in november so looking to do a supersrint before end of year. cheers if you read this far! I liked them. Were on my mx5 and tyres before we're r888s Best I could do with r888s was a 1.13.7 at wakie then with same mods a 1.12.3 on the v70s Lasted over a year (bought them around may 2012) and did 9 race meets

My v70a's have 1 last day left. Time to start saving!

The thing with GT falcons is 300 or so GT-HOs were built....2000 are around!
