  1. What club do you do supersprints with? Best to check with them and previous sup regs for an event as this will give you the best answer. If it is going to be 'log booked' it needs to be built to a certain class. wat car is it?
  2. tk80, medical and either an OLT at speed off streets day or sufficient supersprint/trackday history. plus 100 bucks. I think its still 100. I hope its still 100!
  3. Pretty easy Troy - the cage needs to be CAMS approved. need to have the usual cut off/kill switches and stickers take a few photos i.e. front left angle and rear right angle send it to AASA along with 20-25? bucks and wait a week or two

  8. yes full cage needed. unless in mx5/similar where half cage/bonds roll bar is fitted nup, its in march 2012 I posted a thread a while ago in here with 2012 wakie racing dates. its in march as its on my 30th!!
  9. I havent done it either but keen too - wont be able to do it in march (cant afford) but hoping to do the superTT support races that weekend. Unless my mate needsd a co driver at last minute I'll co drive with his MX5 and go havles in cost. AFAIK the car still has to comply with CAMS classes or built to that spec then have to be AASA log booked too

  14. Round 2....well, the official round two is may 8th. due date for little weevil. however the support races for the wsakefield 300 has MRA classes except regularity and that is the first weekend in march.

Typical Prod sports meeting really...thats why I'll never enter one. while they are all racing in the one race there are many different classes - still 'some care' should be considered. they mentioned in the drivers breifing to hold your line and let the faster guys make their way through "safely". infact there was a stack last year at EC where the lambo went on the outside of a car between turn 3 and 4 went on the grass and got thrown back in sideways and took out a lotus. that MX5 with the incar is quite a serious MX5 and Paul the driver at the time has been racing for years and is no hack, It has a half cage...which even though is allowed...I personally wouldnt race with it. I actually bought Pauls old MX5. he also won his class that race! (best its done is a 2.40.3 at bathurst) there is the incar of the lotus somewhere too?

  21. lol on my old R33 - when I went to a high flow I upgraded the injectors. the car made 225rwkw or something I then went to a GT-RS with powerFC, z32, walbro pump and nismo 555cc injectors and made 255rwkw at unigroup engineering - Yavuz - who is well regarded here. he even suggest 555cc was on the lower side and I should have considered larger ones if I was going more boost etc. at the track my duty cycle was 85% IIRC on that set up. if i had standard injectors..well..wouldnt want to know...
