  10. Honestly, if its just a weekend car, I dont see the point in taking everything out. My old R33 was a weekend car then I basically brought it out for track use. When at the track, I took everything out from the boot there, spare, tools, jack everything. I had taken the back seats out so I didnt ruin them by having my semi's and track rims on them. When I sold the car, they went back in and were clean as and looked like no one had sat in there. Unless your going to do something like Merli (see his GTR build thread in motorsport) thats where you want to remove everything, old wiring thats not needed, sound deadning, seats, seat belts etc etc otherwise you arent going to see good results from taking what you can for a road/weekend car. The prev owner of my new car did this... This was to fit the cage Well, thats my thoughts and thats why I didnt do it! Are you thinking of fitting a cage? Another way to look at saving weight... Remove aircon and heating remove power steering taking out drivers seat and putting in a lighter bucket seat thats my 2.2 cents
  11. How do I join team raceworx?
  12. I can teach you what not to do at the track...just watch me
  13. you could have put the M on Andrew! I would have passed it in scruitineering
  14. Thats a pretty good responce from the tuner. I wouldnt let that responce be turned away if you get another ECU, esp if Anthony - guilt toy can get you the powerFC for that price - Dave, I would still consider using that tuner if in your budget, you could get another ecu, but it always comes back to what you want, what falls within your budget mate! Any other questions, feel free to pm! No dramas for the pm's mate,
  15. Yeah Im going to get the AASA racing one, actually...might get the CAMS PC instead..hmm....
  16. 1.05 from Duncan is fkn hooooting along! Well done mate! Poor Niel, hope its nothing major and a quick/easy fix
  17. ah ok cool! Will have to get that sorted, apparantly its easy as too
  18. Side intrustion bars must be removable - i.e. bolt in.
  19. It would need to be rego'd as a 2 seater. Id keep the spare and jack and tools in case...
  20. Any car thats rwd can be used! As said, been covered, there is also a "drift" section in the motorsport part of forums. My old R33 was fun to slide, as was my daily r31
  21. Too true Brad! As most of these days are run with AASA, I need that AASA license and log book with AASA, or do they accept a CAMS log book too?
