i work in centro hollywood and had my r33 broken into/damaged 2 times in 3 months (hence why i have a daily car). i have had mates cars stolen from ther only 2 weeks ago but its not as bad as ttp cars are like stolen weekly there its just hollywood always gets the worst and ends up on the news.

am not quite sure havent had a look, i know for sure has the S2 engine in it though.

I will keep all you guys posted at what i make, not too sure bout pushing the stock turbo to 14psi though? I will put some cleaner through it all and most probably some new oil too thanks for the idea. power fc at the moment is telling me my injectors are maxing out. will find out am hoping for about 200ish it feels good at the moment to what it was. I am looking at putting a tomei fuel pump in though possibly then later stage a hks 2535 or 2540 still to decide

Hi i know this has probably been covered before but couldnt find it, but i have an r33 S2 with 12psi, fmic, power-fc and dump pipe and cat-back, i was wondering how much power ppl reckon im going to have after my tune at boostworx? i have previously with 7psi and just catback and fmic before my engine decided to start retarding due to a mechanic advanced my timing belt by like 3teeth on exhaust and 2 on intake luckily the cams were up when pistons were up and engine didnt demolish itself well anyway i was making 161rwkw so what do ppl reckon i will get now? thanks

i have just got a profec b2 and i installed it onto my r33 gtst, now i am having problems as it doesnt want to stop boosting at all. I have checked the boost lines and none of them are kinked. i am not sure which way the filter for the boost line into the back of the unit is supposed to be? and also the wires running from the black booster that connects to the intake and actuator the wires for the clip on the back of the unit in the car were off and im not sure which way they are supposed to be? could someone please help?

yea my r33 gtst was almost stolen about 2 months ago down the road in a church carpark while i was at a wedding!!!! they managed to try to rip the alarm out and just cracked it and they also ran off with my passenger door handle and took a screwdriver to the door ats a mess!!! alarms are a great thing!! made dudes there take some notice to the skyline with its bonnet open!! cops tho didnt do a thing we rang them and they said they couldnt do much just looked for the car which was a black VS ss with stolen plates and 3 teenagers! i have learnt my lesson now as this is the 3rd attempt on my car in the last 6 months!!! i have now got a daily and the skyline hasnt seen the road for awhile till i know its safe and i can still see it in my sights! keep your eyes peeled they are out there!

cheers i was runnin all these amps in r31 and one ran really hot like couldnt touch it!!!!!!! but not the other untill i put it in the boot of this one i am also running a 4gauge wire on all, ill check that power levels c how we hoping 4 the best ill pop a couple of fans in there but the new amp also has fans built on none of the others did

i have had alot of trouble with amps over past 2 months i did have 2 type s speakers in front and 2 12inch dls subs, i had the amp 4 subs on box and that cooked!!!!!! but claimed my boot back , then just the other day my amp running my type s decided to over heat aswell, now how can i keep these things cool? what is the best way? i am currently looking into getting a Alpine V12 mrv 345 to run the type s and mayb l8r some type r s in parcel shelf? now this thing says it has some themal control thing would this be good and how can i keep it from cooking again, some1 please help!!!!!!!! p.s i had the other amp mounted in that section next to battery

well when i start the car mainly only when cold i get this noise like grinding when i first start and after about 3 seconds it goes away and all seems fine, and when it does this it can be hard to start, it sounds like it is coming from drivers side of the engine, but it is driving me insane could anyone please help!!!!

you could get some road closed signs and put them on his driveway that works a treat or could remove his winscreen wipers

Yeah great car, i previosly had a R31 silloutte burgandy over silver, got it off parents who owned it since new, had 500,000 k's on clock and still was running awsome, not a problem exept power steering pump gave up, had some mods, extractors, 2.5 inch custom exhaust twin pipes and power and torque chips in ecu, got bout 400k's a tank, you cant go wrong with the r31 i think, they can take a beating, we looked after that car well it looked after us great choice and you will be very happy with it and if need parts the gxe and all that are good with finding parts unlike the silloutte and gts. But you got a great car there mate

hey guys, just wondering i had a major timing belt misshap happen (it jumped teeth due to shrapnel in timing belt cover left by mechanic) and ever since this has happened i have had this tap occur every time you touch the throttle or release it it only happens once it sounds like its coming from the throttle body but not sure any one have any ideas thanks alot

Same has happened to me, i was at a mates house parked on his lawn minding my own business, when it came time to leave i was barracaded in by their cars so i crossed the footpath and went across his neighbours median strip, as im coming off i hear a thud on the back of the car, so being suspicous as you would i stop and get out around the corner and look for obvious damage (it was dark) cant see anything so just went home then i get a message from a mate to check my boot right next to the swivel nissan badge, and sure enough there is a major dent from his neighbour throwing a rock the same size as the rocks along train lines, then to top it all off i get a cop arrive at my doorstep 15min later, with car parked on driveway checking it, i had the rego run out but was waiting for sticker in post which ended coming 2 months later, he said he had reports of damage to the neighbours house(which their clearly wasnt the case) after having been interviewed, he left and went to check for damage and gain the report and said "ill be in contact with you and make sure you have the recipt" then three days later i got a phone call from him saying there is no damage but i will be getting a fine for driving on footpath WTF. I asked about the damage to my car having to witnesses see him throw it and he told me i cant do anything about that, but he came over my house for the exact reason, so i got in contact with some of the officers and say i should not have got that fine and i am now taking him to court as a 'Victim of Crime' and have been waiting bout 11 months but finally get an output in the next hopefully, i put so much love into this car and just stupid things like this get on your nerves a bit. My point really is it is also the pick of the draw aswell. I think it was cause of the car and am on my P's but i drive responible on the roads, this caused me to loose 3 demerit points of the whole 4 i have. So now i have to be really carefull for the next year, i just keep it safe and dont attract attention and i have seemed to avoid all problems and not been pulled over for awhile now and i drive right across town due to seeing misses.

Loud Thump Sound When Releasing Clutch Pedal.

i have this problem i know it not the clutch in mine i had it checked out if the sound comes from mid car or near rear it is either the tailshaft or preloads or backlashes as it is in mine, it only happens when the car actually gets moving and happens no more than 2 secs after its just picking up that little bit of slack in tailshaft or in diff not bad until it gets worse -

Yea mine does this aswell found out it is either the bachlashes on the bearings in diff or possibly the preloads on the lsd section aswell (just had mine replaced) or wear and tear on your universal joints on the tail shaft, its nothing to worry about unless it gets worse i been told but is annoying, but you can possibly have it starting to do open wheelers around corners if it is too loose though.
