    I have a R33 with a towbar (tow a car trailercar without problem) but it all mounts behind the rear bumper cover so nothing shows. It looks like it fits into rear chassis rails and braced into floor in spare wheel well. I hear a S14/s15 towbar will fit but I had mine custom made. Hope that is some help.

    I am after a R33 S1 Double Din Head Unit (AMFM, Tape with CD stacker control) & the Sony 10 disc Stacker. This was one of the many optional stereo for the S1. Mine is not playing CDs any more so need to replacement system. Would be interested in just stacker or head unit if thats all you have...pm with details.

    If its for an RB or most other vehicles, remove the enginetrans braces and bellhousing dust cover, then lay large flatblade screw driver along the pan rail engaging the ring gear teeth. Use the best fitting screw driver to prevent damage to the ring gear. Passenger side to undo, drivers side to tighten. Much easier than removing starter and fitting ring gear lock, IF you can find one to fit.

    If the tyres are directional (check for rotation arrow on sidewall) they can be rotated front to back on the SAME side. To rorate left to right they MUST be removed from the rims, refitted and balanced, this is the fix for fronts that wear faster on the inside.

    Suzuki Swifts (mid/late 90s) that had no rear wiper had a factory fitted plug in the rear windscreen where the wiper would fit on Gtis etc. If its the same size a the hole you have to fill it might be a solution for you.

    The easiest way to achieve your RWD Lancer would be to grab a chassis from a late model jap 1 tonner (you will need to match wheelbase or alter to fit) and adapt the Lancer bodyshell to bolt to the chassis. Bingo (after a few hundred hours work) RWD Lancer, get it engineered as a modified RodeoHiluxBseriesTriton with the engine of your choice.

    I am after a passenger side electric mirror assembly for a R33 Series 1 Coupe. White is the desired colour but let me know if you have one in another colour as I will respray if required. PM with details/condition and price, include postage to Sydney if you are interstate.

    Sounds like the radius rods, they may be loose where they bolt onto the lower control arm, or the bushes may be shot. I used the whiteline bushes (50,000k ago) and have been great.

    Could the standard HL brake light be fitted INSIDE the spoiler and holes be moulded in the spoiler (round to match taillights?) so it can be seen, that way we can reuse the standard light and wiring and keep the cost down.

    Will/Can it have the high level brake light built in? This would solve the fitting of alternate HL Brake light in the rear window.

    You could go for the V8 Supercar look with a coil style wire wraped around the back part of the steering wheel. It can extendretract as wheel is turned. A cheapo telephone handset cable would car the load easily.

    You can get a "permit" for about $60 in most states to drive an unregistered car for a limited period from point to point. Use this to drive from purchace point to nearest RTA in NSW (Albury, Tweed Heads etc) then register in NSW and drive home.

    If its hard water marks a quick Rain-X will fix the problem. If its acid rain etching it nearly impossible to remove.

    I am looking for a pair (may take 4) standard mags for R33 GTS25t's. Must be original and scratch/ding free. $50 each seems to be the price on these so $100 per pair. Will pay cash on pick up anywhere in Sydney. PM me with details and pics if possible and will get back to you asap.

    I am after 1 of the "U" brackets that mount the rear sway bar to the subframe for a R33 GTS25t. If you have the rubber I would take that as well. Mine is a L bracket due an impact in the past and is making the sway bar bind and squeek.
