  1. Have you checked the ignition? It sounds like it missing. The stalling may be BOV related if you are venting to atmo rather than recirc.
  2. Hippy, The gauge is normally very accurate after 50 kms, mine is 100kms for 1/4 tank around town
  3. Its easy to access, remove cover between boot and battery, a metal cover on driverside has 4 screws. remove these and you will find top of tank. Remove wires, unscrew large retaining ring (you may need to use drift and hammer..gentle.. to get it started) then reach into tank and and fish arround for the sender its a long tube like thing and will be on bottom of tank ujust follow the wires. It then clips to the metal bracket vertically. Warning: Disconnect battery before opening tank as fumes will be strong, do not spend long periods in boot as the fumes will make you feel ill, take regular breaks.
  4. I had the same problem, the sender has fallen off its bracket and sunk to the bottom of the tank. Remove the top to the tank (near battery) and find sender and reattach the the metal bracket that supports pump and sender, it will click into place when installed correctly.
  5. Prank, The towbar is behind the bumper skin and the neck unbolts and then is is invisable execpt for the 7 pin connector. It would be easy to mount the connector so it cannot be seen.
  6. I have towbar on my R33GTS25T, I had it custom made by Carasel at Moorebank. It was about $350 fitted and wired. I pulled a car trailer to and from Melbourne without problems (1400kgs on way back) even though the bar is rated at 1000kgs. I do have a slight contact between one exhaust bracket on LHS of muffler but have had time to have it reshaped. My taillightparkers no longer work on the combination switch but work from foglight switch, I suspect the additional load from the trailer lights may have fried the combination switch so relays may be need if you want to tow rather than carry a bike.
  7. The size is 6.5x16, I have 225/50x16 n mine and this seems ideal. Dunlop FM901's are what I am runnng and are great wet/dry
