I have a s1 r33 gtst. I am running the stock sprak plugs, but recently have ran 10psi-12psi. And my spark plugs are due to be changed. I have bought 1 step colder BKR6E. Do you think I have to regap them or can it stay stand .8 Any suggestions would be appreciated..cheers

That only happened to me recently, but does not often happen from 5th to 4th often, but comes and goes sometimes. Happens from 2nd to 3rd alot more often..

hi! I have recently had a bit of trouble with my gear box, which appeard out of the blue when i was drivin , and happens 5/10 times while shifting into the gears My gears have gone a bit stiffer to go into gears, and when i change drom 2nd to 3rd i feel it grind, but does not happen from 4th to 3rd. ALso when i gear down from 5th to 4th it grinds , but less often. THis has all happen just recently outer the blue Its a 93 s1 5spd r33.....cheers!!!!!! Have changed gear box oil using redline synthetic 1000kms ago and seemed good then. Is it my clutch or synchros????

EFFECT TIMING???? Trimming the fan has nothing to do with timing does it???? Thats the first i've heard of that??

Hi. Has anybody got a propella that sits in front(as in towards the engine) of the radiator cause i cut the edge of mine to fit my fmic, but im trying to put my car back t ostockie..cheers

Hey guys! I have just installed a intercooler kit on my r33 s1.it is a hybrid copyI had to trim the edge of the fins from the fan in front of the radiator, which the cooler pipe goes on top of, cooler pipe leading to throttle body.\ Have anyone had to do this and does it have any effects on the cooling?? cheers

I have just bought a hybrid copy cooler kit for an r33 s1. I have never ditter a cooler before, and need to cut a 3 inch hole in the engine bay, next to the drivers side front wheel. What would i use to cut the 3inch hole?, and what would you use to make the hole look neat, like a rubber fitting around it or something??. any suggestions would be appreciated...cheers

i got mt exhaust few months ago, and damm happy with the price i paid. i paid $550 for a 3inch turbo back, with stainless stell cat, and stainless steel cannon muffler, with mild steel piping,and $50 shipping from sydney to melb. They're called just jap, and its a next day delivery, after you pay I found this though the offers from sponsors section, but i think they have raised the price to $699 turbo back 3inch. Before i bought the exhaust system i got quoted around 1200 fitted in melb, so its pretty much half price i paid for the same system. I was RAPT!

i changed my gear box oil to reline synthetic. so far ive driven 150 k's after changing the oil. changing into 2nd doesn't grind and crunch anymore, and the gear shifting has gone smoother. I did not adjust my slave cylinder as the mechanic said i only needed to adjust it if it was crunchin in every gear. So far so good. Thanks for the help!

Im not sure..got it done at protek, just asked for standard gearbox oil. I've been told redline is goood, so i will change it to redline shockproof today, n let you's know how i go.....
