15 will be too much for the standard, each turbo is different so when it goes can't really be guessed. People have had them go at stock boost and you wont benefit too much with the stock ecu. Best to look at getting something to suit your application, plenty of good info around here. Bolting on the 25's turbo is a good cheap upgrade.

Is there any reason you expect the 20 to die? Has it been compression / leak down tested? I'd suggest doing that before you worry about a new motor. Those 20's are tough buggers (just look at Roy's). If you do decide to go 25 I'd suggest def with turbo and it's probably easier to go with the wiring and ecu (as I did) but people have had good results with remapped 20 (Simon I think?). I'm very glad I did the swap but my 20 was rooted so I do agree with Roy, good advice.

The ECU will work but wont have the VCT and you'll need a remap. The wiring will be different so you will need to modify to suit the 25. The manifold and turbo will both bolt on but the 20 turbo would be too small so may as well get one with a 25 turbo. Wouldn't cost much more and the power would be worth it. Other parts you can use would be alternator, starter, coilpacks (if 25 is series 1) off the top of my head Just did the conversion myself and recommend it to anyway! Cost me a shade over 3 grand doing everything myself except wiring.

Looking for the mainEFI and Ignition relays for an RB25. There's two of them and they are blue so PM as after them asap!

Anyone know what the two relays that are with the RB25 DET ECU are? My car is ready to fire up but I am missing the two relays. If it helps they're two blue 4 pin relays.

Hey guys just wondering if it's a straight forward swap? The reason for is because it is white with the red needles and that would match the gauges I'm planing on getting.

Hey guys my conversion is getting closer to completion where it's to the point of only needing the wiring done. I'm using the RB25 loom and ECU but I'm not that confident about doing the wiring myself, had someone lined up to help me but that looks like it's fallen through so if anyone has tackled this before or is confident I could really do with some help or even if you can recommend someone. I don't expect any ones time to be free so I'm willing to sort anyone who can help and keep the beers flowing. PM me if interested or have any advice to point me in the right direction.

After the surround to hold the gearstick boot as all the clips on mine broke so now it just flops around. Not sure if the earlier models (smooth dash center) but mines the later crinkled one. Hit us with a PM if you can supply one.

Do you use your remote with that? Wonder if I could just use my PS3 controller with it.

Wanted: Cheap daily driver that's reliable. Maybe something like a VN commodore or something cheap and manual. Couple of mates have scored some decent cars for around $500 so if I could do the same it would be great! Send me a PM if you got something to offer.

Hey guys, got a bit of a pickle here as I didn't realize Ryan isn't working on people's cars and I was ment to get mine wired today (sorry to hear you got stuffed around bud, cheers for the help you did provide) so I really need to get my car wired up ASAP (loan car for work is now gone). Anyone got any experience in wiring up a series 1 RB25 to an R32? After help asap and am willing to pay cash and beers. Basically motor is all in ready to wire but I'm at a bit of a loss where to start. Gonna start reading what I can right now. Give us a hoy if you can help and would like to earn some coin, will forever be in your debt.
