Ok thanks for clearing that up sydneykid, Joel i would say that the "Oil pumping factor" would be pretty much the same between the 32 & 33 RB26DETT. So therefor running a R32 RB26DETT oil pump will just save you the hassels of having to by the adapter.

Dude, thats fine even at 170,000 that means that the car on average has only done about 15K each year! to date. Compared to the average of about 20-25K P/Y. it wouldnt suprise me if this car is more closer to the 210-220K mark. predator, She said its blue smoke, and yes your right it sounds like the motors copmression is up shit creek. So what does that tell you? the motor is older than it is, or has had a really hard life.

Umm, blowing blue smoke doesnt mean your car needs a service. It means that oil is getting into the combustion chamber. Could be caused from genral wear and tear, Flogging your motor while its still cold, Improper tuning. Does the motor backfire at all? Dont wont to point the finger at anyone, but it sounds a little sus about how many Ks the car has considering its a 92 model. I would say that the clock (EDOmeter reading) has been turned back a few thousand ks. Take the car back, thats BS. Dodgey little car yard pricks

There is a huge diffrence between the RB30 Oil & water pump compared to the RB26. I will post some pics comparing the two side by side. Two much to put into words. not too sure about the RB25

Jorden, Check your email dude, Also in regards to the Cams, i am getting mine completley remade from wayde cams in melb. I am not going as hard as you but if your thinking about buying HKS/JUN/NIZMO/APEXi cams goto a cam place is syd, take the specs of the cam you want (EG. HKS 256D 12MM lift) and they will make you a set of cams EXACTLY the same (probly stronger, depending how much you wanna spend) for half the cost. Also for the HP your chasing a half decent set of Valves "Pro-valves" would do the trick, about $1400 for 24 valves (Not too sure if it includes guides/seats etc.), and a nice open port & polish. ($800- $2000) depending on the job. Youl also need a nice big volume plenum.

Ender, Ouch... RB20 GBox... Might wanna see if you can grab a RB25 Box, that will hlod the power a little better than the RB20. Anyhow, considering Matt lowth is only using a full faced, organic from Exedy Daikan. With only an upgraded pressure plate and a Standard flywheel. I think the Extra Heavy Duty Cushioned Ceramic Button Clutch, that i am buying from Horsepowerinabox.com, will do nicely!
