All info here... viva garage have bee r kits.. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=233850

i havent seen many in oz cos its probably not possible? If it was we'd have as many of them as we do strawberry faces.. i think guards are completely differnt size etc , wont bolt up, even with bracket... best buying a bee r kit like lynden reynolds has on his hott wheelworx beast. And yes it is worth the money..

Good topic, great post. This subjects been on my mind for a while and i agree with everyone above... I kind of like the drifting scene right now and im not sure if i would want it to get any bigger.? Id be happy if the scene stayed underground in a way and wasnt as big as it was at the moment.. However publicity brings money with sponsors etc and with that you get insane cars like current DA ones we have seen this year. The sport will grow and become huge over the years.. however will never be like japan. But thats good because japan is japan and OZ is OZ... different. If drift was the same in every country it would be boring. Maybe. Within a yr or two D1GP will be held in OZ (hopefully) (somebody bloody get this happening!) Get today tonight off the air, and get a decent reporter to do a decent report on the terrific scene... that might help. Well done to drift australia and mainly all the drifters who have grown into awesome drivers and developed their cars into what they are today, not just in DA but just drift in general, i love the sport, think about it 24 / 7 , spend most of my time working on my car and driving it, couldnt live without it. anyway my 2 cents..

cool, NGK bcpr7es it is then.. if it still spits like a bitch ill get you lot to gimme $24 .... wish i could find out what these damn nismo iridium #8's are... wonder if its heat range 8????
-
yeh cheers, i know, i was just talking about ngk's. ill be going the $21 option too..
-
nice docco matty. could of just bought a HKS SSQBV, holds the boost nice and constant at top boost , and flutters.... but... nice work. Wanna sell me that 4 door yet?
-
cheers fellas.. Yeh ill try the bcpr6es hopefully the 6 heat range is better. didnt realise a 5 heat range would be so S!@T I might even keep the old nismo 8 iridiums in there and just clean them gently.. Ive got the old typical coilpack hairline cracks too, might fix them up as ill probably need too one day anyway.. thanks for the confirmation about the plugs. Lata.

Theres lots of posts about spark plugs on here but ive got a question.. R33 gtst usual mods standard turbo.. Re-moved "iridium nismo 8" spark plugs from car (god knows what these are? 0.8 gap?) Put in NGK Iridium BKR5EIX-11, gapped to 0.8 (i know you're not supposed to gap iridiums). I wanted to put in BKR6EIX, but id allready bought the BKR5EIX. Running with the BKR5EIX 's the engine wasnt even coming onto boost it was just pinging and spluttering everywhere.. with low down torque not really there either.. I put the Old iridium nismo 8 plugs back in and all is now good and back to normal.. So im guessing the Iridium BKR5EIX (5 heat rating) is too hotter a plug? I know i should have the 6 heat range, BKR6EIX, for the kind of mods i have, but would the 5 really do this kind of thing to the performance of my 33? Any feedback would be great. Looks like ive just wasted $100 on the damn wrong heat range sprakies.. , Dumbass.
