dont chop the end of the fan blades its a big no no it will put the fan out of balance and f**k it up.. do what i did and buy a longer silicon hose and raise the pipe up

umm the intercooler is a sealed unit.. as long as u dont puncture it its fine u wont get "stuff" into the turbo

yep exactly right.. but what and intercooler does is cool the air down before it hits inlet.. colder the air -> denser the air -> more air in cylinder = more power
