  1. Thanks guys. Goran at Brake West is the man!!
  2. As above guys. Am after ADR Approved braided brake lines for my R33 GTST. I want to buy from a place that can pretty much just send me the right ones without me having to take mine out and send them to replicate as i dont have the time for it. Your advice is much appreciated.
  3. .............? surely someone knows a decent amount about the safety of these
  4. hmm... i really hope these rack spacers arnt on the same page of safety as hub slip on spacers cos i really dont like slip on spacers. Can i have some more opinions/knowledge on this topic... By the way, love your signature dude
  5. Hi Guys, Bought a pair of GK Tech rack end spacers for more lock. Went to get them installed by a performance mechanic that has a few drift cars in his shop and he didnt want to fit em? He said he doesnt like putting them in because u lose too much thread the same way you do when fitting slip on spacers to your hub with standard studs. Is this true? Or does the guy not really know what he's talking about? He said he'd use them for track only work but not street driving? Let me know guys, cos if they are dangerous, im not going to bother with em... Dean
  6. Hey guys, Ive bought a set of Carbon Arches (R33 400R Style) to fit on my GTST. Just wondering what the correct procedure is of fitting these. Ive been given mixed opinions on the following 2 ways: -Cut out my original guards and fit the carbon arches -Or flare out the guards and then fit the carbon arches because that way if the tire does ever rub, its going to rub on the panel rather than the carbon arch that would just instantly break off... What do you think? Let me know. Thanks!
  7. i get ya Hamish, but i LOVE the hardcore JDM look... im also doin it because it rubs too much at the front... ive put 20mm adapters on the front cos the wheels slightly rubbed the strut. Now they obviously clear the strut, look TUFF as sitting out so wide but rub HEAPS. Im too paranoid with spaces so i think im going to be taking them off and swaping my front wheels for another pair of S1's in 9inch with a +16 offset to match the current fitment.
  8. Hey guys, Ive bought a set of Carbon Arches (R33 400R Style) to fit on my GTST. Just wondering what the correct procedure is of fitting these. Ive been given mixed opinions on whether i should cut out my original arches, or just bang them out and then fit the carbon arches. What do you think? Let me know. Thanks!
  9. I got excited opening this thread and then saw the above riced up, insulting piece of ****. No wonder so many people hate the R33's because so many are done up to look disgustingly embarrassing like that one. Id want to be paid a very high wage to be seen driving that, even with a mask on.
  10. Just an idea of how the rear wheels sit... perfect. By the way the price is SLIGHTLY negotiable.
  11. Sorry! location is Mill Park, Melbourne. Price is $3300. I used other prices i had seen as a guide. These wheels in these widths and offsets are NOT cheap. I paid $3500 for these when i first bought them without tires. They are running pretty much new Nexen Sport 235's on the front and roadworthy 245/45/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE050's on the rear.
  12. $3,300. Would love to find a swap for BBS LM's but if i cant ill just sell em and buy a set separately. Couple of decent pics below... will get close ups when i get my car back.
  13. Hey guys, I love my wheels but have a real soft spot for mesh wheels & also want to go for wider offsets as im currently fitting flared arches to my 33. Details of the rims are as follows: Front: 3 piece 18x9 with + 36 offset Rear: 3 Piece 18x10 with + 29 offset The centre's are black and the wheels are in excelent condition. Maybe a few chips or scratches here and there but will only be noticed if your the owner & looking right up close. Regardless, these wheels completely transform the presentation of your car dramatically. I will put pics up once I get my car back from the mechanic. For now my signature should do the job... You can contact me on 0401 682 270. Dean
  14. BUMP Make a reasonable offer and its urs.

  16. Hey guys, Have a Greddy Type RS Blow off Valve for sale in excelent condition, looks pretty much new. Has the standard small flange adapter on it. Dont know what it fits, doesnt line up to the flange of the RB25. Any mechanic/engineer would be able to make one up for you for around $60. Can refer you to someone to make you something if required. Price: $210ono Contact: Dean - 0401 682 270 Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne Seel link below for details of the BOV. http://greddy.net.au/products/display/?Cat...;SubCategory=18
  17. Ive done it & f*** it wasnt easy lol. I used a flat head screw driver and stabbed it in all round as deep as i could from both ends of the handle. After an hour of doing so i was able to start twisting it off. have FUN!
  18. Satin black if you dont want to change wheels.
  19. Doesnt necessarily need to be lowered at all... simply just needs proper wheels. Satin Black 18x10 TE37's all round will do the job.
  20. hmmmmm Am i defeating the purpose at all of the vented bonnet if i put the cover back on the coilpacks? I understand the purpose of a vented bonnet isnt only to keep the ignition system cooler but im just thinking what things would give way first with too much heat....
  21. Hey guys, Bit of a bimbo question. Im soon going to be cutting open my bonnet to fit a Z tune style universal bonnet vent. Im currently running splitfire coilpacks with the coilpack cover removed.. Just wondering what i should do once i fit this bonnet vent? Should i simply just not take the car out at all when it rains or just fit the cam cover back on once ive fitted the bonnet vent? Let me know what you guys have all done... Thanks
