Hey guys, Have a set of 3 piece S1's on my 33. The fronts are black & rears are gunmetal. Need to get my rears painted black to match the fronts. Who could i go to, to take appart my wheels so i can just give my painter the centres? Or is it something i can do myself? I'm sure putting them back together would have to be done professionally? My first car - HR31 Passage GT for the uniqueness My current R33 - Ridiculous amount of fun especially with the mechanical diff & VN wagon i setup up for drifting, NOTHING else like it out there and was that much fun i went to court because of it..

I bought my Turbo from James at O.H for a decent price.... nice guy, nothing to really complain about... I've heard much more bad things about 'Nismo' next door as opposed to O.H..

yeah i think im gonna scrap the idea of towing a skyline with a maxima... Im still gonna buy a maxima though!! Its simply the ultimate dayly driver & because its front wheel drive I know that im going to stay away from Jail which is always a good thing. Think ill just borrow a mates ford or a 4wd when i want to go winton!

I've read on reviews the they are pretty economical?? I think one of the magazines were saying they do something like 8.5 or 9kms to the litre... ?? Are their gearboxes weak? Why cant gear changes be rushed?

Hey guys, im looking for a nice cheap daily driver and for $5k there is nothing better out there than a maxima. Just wondering if id be able to tow my R33 with a maxima once a while to track/drift days. They have a 3ltr V6 & i think id most likely buy a manual one if i can find one... Would manual be the better option for towing??

As above guys... I absolutely LOVE this game, best similator of all time. Im just starting to get a little bored with the same starion thing. Once i buy the game online, what cars am i open to?? I cannot imagine the amount of fun id have on this game with a serious circuit or drift car. I've been playing with the starion on the same track for 6 months on my G25 wheel and i still look forward to it after work every day! lol. Please let me know... Thanks

Ok now the question i have is - Is it a simulator or typical PS3 arcade racing sh**?? What are the car physics like? Compared to GT5? Or compared to something proper like Live for speed??

an extra 500rpm still makes me happy oh well, we'll see how it sounds on mine. As long as i dont get the tractor noise at half throttle ill be happy, cos the rest sounds good.

I think we have just heard to many bad examples of home made screamers on stock R33's etc running near stock boost on standard turbos.. We'll see how it sounds on mine running 16psi on the 2540, plus im now running GTR rods so ill be getting more RPM too

You guys probably just havnt heard many screamers done PROPERLY on internal gate turbos.. mine sounded ***** wicked on my old 33 with a 3inch & no cats, 12psi, power fc etc. Only time it sounded ghey was at half thottle.. sounded like a bit of a tractor.. But im thinking with an aftermarket turbo like a HKS 2540 the gate doesnt open as early/easy as it does on a standard turbo so i shouldnt hear much of that tractor noise... can anyone confirm this?

Hey guys, Just a simple little question... gotta HKS 25/40 being installed on my R33 and just contemplating the idea of the screamer pipe... I had one a while back also on an R33 and sounded wicked under full throttle but really ghey at half throttle.. like an exhaust leak... Just wondering since a HKS 25-40 is obviously laggier than a stock r33 turbo will the crappy exhaust leak noise be minimised at half throttle as it wouldnt spool up as easy/earler as the HKS turbo..?? Thanks!
