any polycarb supplier will be able to do it, they just need a template or your orginal windows to copy it i notice youre in melb, if you want a workshop to do it. FabRaiations do polycarb windows among other things www.rollcages.com.au/fabraications.html theyre in braeside dont know of any kits though, sorry
