  7. let me fix it again RB20 > RB30E > RB26 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>RB25
  8. i dont know about the cv joints but i had that problem with my standard diff and ive now gone to a mechanical one. changing the half shafts is a diff out job. im not sure if theres an easier way without taking the diff out.
  9. so there isnt a chance that the standard FPR if faulty could cause the problem. i have a nismo FPR in hand which is why im asking, i dont want to have to go out of my way and buy another standard FPR when i can use something that i can use. will be looking at the fuel pump aswell... as mentioned injectors have been inspected and tested.
  10. tuning wasnt mentioned i wanted to know the fuel pressure to use the nismo one on the standard setup to check if the standard FPR is causing problems.
  11. Hey guys, im about to fit a nismo adjustable FPR to my gtr which is standard, including the injectors. what fuel pressure do i need to set it at? doing this because ive got this flat spot where the car wont rev and splutters violently. should i bump up the fuel pressure to fix this? if so to how much higher? also to note got splitfire coils and ignitor is working prefectly and had the injectors serviced and flow tested and showed up good. Cheers Stephen
  12. any news chubbs? this may be a really far fetched idea but maybe could be a crack in the rim.
  13. yeah im looking into the radiator. also thanks duncan for the advice that you gave me here and there. will get some rbf600 into the brakes and try kill the brakes.... the bendex seem to be holding up well... im quite impressed with them expecially for $90
  14. yeah im back in action for the time being. was a great day and lots of track time and not much traffic at all. was soo much fun.... cant wait to get back out there agina.... but would have been great if i had some sort of timing, ill have to look into that in the near future. i was however having overheating problems with the watertemp getting up to atleast 120 most of the day/ will have to sort that out soon.
  15. dan atm looks like ill be in... although car looks alittle rough aroudn the edges hope that alright
  16. ok well i may be of a bit of help i changed my diff last week with the help of my workmate, it was lucky he was there otherwise it would have taken me twice as long. im just a bit slow when it comes to doing things the first time. but i think if u buy one specifically for your car it should be a breeze a straight swap. just need a bit of elbow grease as all the bolts are very tight. i remember a workshop telling me it takes about 4 hrs or something. also mite aswell take out hicas at the same time, lock bar is only $100 or so and u just need to take the plug out much easier than in the 32. not sure if that helps.

  23. best to give him a call and have a talk to him yourself. if its a kit from jetspeed or carmate expect ot be paying more as more work goes into getting a quality finish. also note that if you are after a bodykit have a talk to him and see what he'll be able to do.
