  1. Gotta say Terry.. I've been feeling great since taking these. Hard to pinpoint if its JUST that, I've also been eating really well and I've been super disciplined with exercise, but absolutely I feel great. Especially apparent in late afternoons, getting stuff done after work etc. Good work if you helped formulate it!
  2. I had an SV21 2.0 manual for my first car. It was red so it went faster. Put a 3k sound system in it, lol. Thrashed the absolute balls off it, put cheap 20W50 in it. Engine never complained once. Blew the gearbox dropping 2nd like a sikkunt p-plater haha $400 to replace, no biggie! Mum even kept it after I was done with it, after 250,000 ks the suspension was pretty shagged, think it developed a power steering leak too but it still ran perfectly! To this day its still the comfiest car I ever owned. (Better than the BA Fairmont Ghia I had for a while) Sold it for 2.5k to some schmuck What a machine!!

  4. So after 3 months hard training I ended up with a net loss of 4kg.. not the ideal result when you're already skinny and trying to gain lol. For that reason, I've changed things up a bit. 1. I've started eating a shitload more (5-6 meals a day). 2. For now I've sorta cut running out of the equation. I do a warmup jog but only 1-2km medium pace. 3. I've changed my workout, stopped being a bitch and started doing squats/deadlifts.. hopefully get some testosterone flowing Now my workout is: -3 sets 6 reps 50kg incline bench -3 sets 6 reps 60kg dead lifts -3 sets 6 reps 20kg dumbbell squats -3 sets 6 reps 15kg dumbell flys -3 sets 6 reps 12kg front raises -3 sets 8 reps 8kg lateral raises -3 sets 6 reps dumbbell bicep curls -3 sets 8 reps.. 25kg dumbbell erm, incline bench row-things -3 sets 8 reps diamond pushups (usually too rooted to do this) Plus an ab workout at the end. Probably need to incorporate dips/some sort of lats exercise in there soon though. After this I am absolutely stuffed, but its definitely working. I've been able to increase weight by about 25% in 3 months
  5. I have the same problem as you dude.. Started training properly at 67kg, after 3 months solid work I was a hell of a lot fitter and toned but lost 4kg!!! I've now started eating 5-6 meals a day. Basically the normal 3 meals plus morning snack, mid-afternoon snack and a small desert. Also protein shakes on the days I work out. But yeah, eating is definitely a full time job!!
  6. Man our world is retarded. I just bought deus ex human revolution from an online store in singapore for about $40 from Here. What you get is a CD-key to enter into steam. BUT what happens on their end is they actually order the game, take a photo of the instruction manual and send it to you. So somewhere in the world is my CD, box and manual of deus ex, all of which will never need to be used and will probably be thrown away. As I said, retarded.
  7. Got some Hivita Stress today Terry.. Massive pain in the arse to get hold of. The manufacturers site crashes out halfway through a purchase, ordered it off another site only to find that they had none in stock because Hivita had it back ordered Will report back how it goes anyways
  8. So does MW3 have dedicated servers? If not, I'll seriously be considering buying it on Xbox, and saving BF3 for the PC. Most of my mates seem to buy it on console anyways.
  9. I was doing some reading on the Australian Institute of Sport website last night. I was always under the impression that protein was the most important thing for building muscle, but apparently not so.   11. Ah yeah nice, my friend has the H70. (I think?) He reckons it wasn't worth it though, made minimal difference over good air cooling. Depends how much you want to spend I suppose!
  12. Just put on my cpu cooler and o/c'ed to 4.7 Super PI dropped to 8.03s 3Dmark11 was 5650, so got a little improvement 3DMark Results Apparently my PC is now comparable to similiar systems, heh.
  13. Also added a Thortech Thunnderbolt 850w PSU. Now running at 4.7ghz
  14. Given that Shell offer 4c/l cheaper, usually I use them. Has so far offered literally no difference to BP 98

  19. Wouldn't surprise me.. I got that msg too, I was thinking WTF both my CPU and GFX card are overlocked heh. That's what I was saying before the multi threading doesn't really make a difference in games, if you do video editing it will power through it though!
  20. AMD 6950 @ 880mhz (BUT it's unlocked to a 6970, makes a bees dick of a difference though anyway) I can't actually record my result on the 3dmark leaderboard because of what I've done to the graphics card, says its unsupported or something
  21. Yeah still on 4.2.. ordered the mounting bracket so I can put on my Thermalright Ultra 120 today I got 5475 in 3dmark 11 on performance mode.. have you run that?

  24. Yeah coolermaster 212+ are good value for money I hear. I got a Gigabyte Z68X-UD3R-B3 mobo. It's comes without a display port which saves a little money, meaning you must own a dedicated graphics card.. If you're buying a 2600k though I'm guessing you're not going to use the integrated graphics It does however still have the 'old school' style BIOS, not one of the fancy new GUI BIOS's. Whether that matters is personal choice, it will get updated eventually anyways.
