  1. yes that is how i understand it, so if you have a safc and you max out the afm you would have to upgrade the afm to a bigger 1.
  2. hey thanks for that am gona take that all on board and just see where the stock gets me.
  3. hi, Is the vg30 afm the same thing as the z32? thanks for any help
  4. Yeah thats what i would have thought but i read this & it sounds like i would be beta off with the 25. "The VG30DET BB turbo really is not suited to the rb20. It is much better suited to a large capacity motor that requires a free flowing hotside. It runs the same chra as the R32 rb20; meaning, the compressor wheel and turbine wheels are exactly the same. The only difference being, the vg30det bb turbo runs larger compressor and turbine housings. The rb25 turbo is most definitely an upgrade, it runs the same sized turbine housing as the rb20, (from what ive measured) but has a larger compressor and compressor cover. The R34 RB25 turbo runs exactly the same larger vg30 turbine housing, with the larger comp cover and larger compressor."
  5. thanks, i hope to get ova the 200rwkw mark but it sounds like i mite have to start looking at a rb25 turbo to do so.
  6. hi guys n girls. How many rwkw is the standed rb20det afm good for? I have a r32 gtst with vg30 turbo, fmic, gtr pump, fuel reg & safc 2. Got 2 get some gtr injectors next and was woundering if i need to ght a z32 afm at the same time...? thanks for your help:D

Turns out it was getting way to much Fuel (not sure why), managed to push start it and blow out all da extra fuel and was all good for 10 days or so. Then on tuesday about 3 hours after i drove it i went to start it and it flooded again. Everything is the same as when it was going that i no of. The ecu is showing 12(air flow meter) i have tested it on another car and is fine, have also tested the wiring for the afm. Have tested water temp sensor, fuel press and both are good. Its cranking but wont fire, its getting so much fuel that its now pushed fuel passed the rings and is now in the sump. the injectors sound like they are opening and closing(ckick click...). Am lost, sez afm but it seams fine and its getting WAY to much fuel.....??? please help/ideas its driving me CRAZY!!!! thanks. ps sorry bout the spelling and not sure if this is the right place for this.
