So you are saying that the EBC pads made your VL be able to outbrake a F1 car?
Back on topic.
If you really want to have brakes that work on road and on track, you are going to have to compromise somewhere, personally I'd have to sets of pads for the fronts (don't worry to much about the rears) on for road use, and the other for track. I use Hawk HT-10's in my STi for track work, and used to run Bendix Ultimate's on road.
You need to get a CAMS/AASA permit to hold an event like a motorkhana nowadays in Victoria. The new anti-hoon laws allow the police to treat any driving that is considered to be "hooning" that is visible from a public location to be used to fine drivers/confiscate cars, even if it is done on private land, unless you have a "official" permit. You may also want to talk to the local police anyhow, just to make sure that you do not get hassled by them.
I ran the KAAZ 2 way in the rear and 1.5 way in the front of my (plus their upgraded center diff) in my STi, and it clunked to buggery, even though the diffs where properly bedded in. I have since removed them to as I couldn't addjust my driving style to suit the operation of the diffs.
I missed a , there, it should have been Simtek, Mastercard Lola.
MC Lola didn't even last a race, with the cars being withdrawn prior to qualifing at the AGP due to a lack of funds to pay for the engines.
I couldn't remember if it was Hesken or Heskett, thanks for that.
I found out today that Navara's are pretty well balanced when they get jumped at 80kph in a paddock... It landed 4 square after travelling around 2 car lenghts in the air (judging by the untouched grass after the hump that I hit.)
What about guys like Mike Myers, Dana Carvey and John Candy, there all Canadians as well.
And speaking of (former) Canadian F1 drivers, JV has had yet another whinge about MS.
JV Slams Schuey
And also believes that BMW needs him to go forward...
BMW
I think that this tickets says it all actually.
Renault have supposedly reverted to the old suspesnion system that they used upto the Canadian GP for this weekends race, so we'll see if the status quo has been restored.
I had noticed a distinct change in the attitude of MW in his interviews lately, going from extremely professional to quite negative about the team, so I wonder if he knew about this happening a while ago. Though why Williams have kept Nico in the race drivers seat I do not know, I think that he could have done with a years testing.
I'd say that what happens to MW depends a lot on MS's decision, as there are three top seats available (Maclaren, Renault and Ferrari) with MW taking the one that's left (hopefully)
Turns out that the reason for the engine failure in Marks car was a new piece of bodywork that hadn't been tested on track, and caused the bodywork to contact the waterpipes leading to/from the engine/radiator, this rubbed through the pipes causing the coolant to leak out.
Yep, I also speed read so it makes it worse, a magazine can be read from front to back in 30minutes or less, a novel only lasts a week, and my local libary is useless, so the newsagents and bookstores near me get a good workout (as does my bank account )

That's just the directly car related ones as well. No wonder I have no money or room on my bookshelves.
Sounds like it might be a coincidence, those connectors are pretty water resistent. Think about how much water would get into that area driving in the rain, and compare to the amount that you spilt. Make sure that you didn't knock the connectors loose though.
Being a local in the area, I went and had a look at the accident site, it looks like the driver got into a tank slapper through the first corner and the car kicked back on him in the second (esse's, max speed due to the elevation changes and off camber nature of the raod would be less than 150) part, flicking them into the tree.
