Get a HAWT personal trainer...then use teh gym at home
New years resolutions are a waste of time...when it comes to December and you all look back over 12 months and realise you achieved none or very little of what you intended, you will then beat yourselves up for weeks over being an underachiever.
Instead set a mid year goal for yourself ie have saved 3K by June or have lost 10 kgs by May...that kind of thing.
Then if you don't get there by June you still have until December to get your act together
