  1. Good thing to What kind of product knowledge do you need? (on mobile phones)
  2. Well I highly recommend cutting of your legs before doing telemarketing, or most forms of "lead generation" type work Not only do peolpe you talk to get annoyed, but so do you
  3. Well apparently car sales are the highest they have ever been year to date, so they should at least be looking for someone to make them all coffee to celebrate
  4. What kind of work? and do you want to be paid well, if at all?
  5. Gee thanks Hey it could be a white lancer, now that would be special. And at least its not been "riced". Nothing wrong with a nice car, just people who try to convince you they are better than a skyline
  6. Im starting to think i scared everyone away Must be time for a shower again
  7. And if not, at least we pay a lot less for insurance
  8. how many clicks? I know my car ticks sometimes about 8 times when i turn on cc even without ac, but not if i have the foot vent selected. Im supposed to be working on it this weekend, so ill let you know what i find
  9. I have a few more pics, but they're not very good. Ill take a couple more on the weekend with a digital camera and post them up next week. On second thought, Ill PM you to save everyone's load time Anyone else chasing them just pm
  10. Always wanted a Skyline but dont need turbo power to be stuck in peak hour traffic everyday. Besides, when I do feel the need for speed, how often could I legally open it up all the way? Me + Turbo = Me + Bus + Big Fines = Me + GTS =
  11. They what now? I went to Bob Jane, first and last. When I started, the guy didnt know for sure, so he called ROH and asked. Even checked on stock levels, and I had my wheels that day fitted. They miss the calipers by a clear inch in any direction. Might pay to talk to the wheel guys direct if you can
  12. Normally nissan arent too bad with import part prices. Cant hurt to look at both, always pays to shop around as they say
  13. "Blade" if Im not mistaken? have the same in shadow chrome, thankfully they're not too common
  14. Wish I had the luxury of chosing to replace my water pump. It went just after 100k, and went quickly. I lost about half my coolant on the way to the mechanic, which apparently can happen (I always thought they leaked slow) So if its working, dont worry about it, but when it stops, get it done ASAP. My 2c
  15. Does the dash light come on to say the door is open? I had a problem when the guy who installed my alarm spliced the cab light wire to set off the sensor, but didnt pair it back to the light again. So check that maybe?
  16. Depends on your water pump. Mine decided to retire at about 100,003kms, and hence my car went for service. All up, I had engine oil & filter, spark plugs, water pump, timing belt, cam seals, crank seal, coolant & water, air filter, and a new radiator hose, all up parts and labour came to $820
  17. Yep, done it. Single 10" drivers side, facing into the boot, and currently working on the second once I have relocated the battery. 12"s would fit no problem, provided they arent going to be too deep. You can always bring the false wall forward to compensate though, just means less boot space (tis why I have 10") All I need to do now if buy decent 10"s rather than the Sony's I was given
  18. Still looking at a 22% increase in power. Its not easy to double the output of a car engine, or cheap But hey if you do, let us know how
  19. Biggest difference I have ever noticed was replacing the standard paper filter with a K&N paper filter, again though, its only high end, and marginal at best. From what I understand, adding a second cold air intake (say from the front bar) has more effect, but requires drilling a large hole in the line, so I havent done it yet. check this out for more info http://www.autospeed.com/cms/article.html?&A=0009
  20. 10 Fits very nicely, could almost squeeze a second ten in on the left if you bought the false wall out a little. 12 was a nightmare to fit in with a box as well, especially trying to design a box with the right sized enclosure for it. Just buy a good quality 10 if you want really really good bass
  21. Nice work, and only a week too late for me So far, it looks exactly like what I had to do. except I ended up pulling everything appart completely Very nice indeedy
  22. Dont really know about hidden. I made a box up to suit the space then mounted it onto mdf behind the false wall. Works pretty good for my tastes. Also heard of free-air style being done, but you need a sub that will handle free-air okay or it just sounds too muddy This is mine
  23. Sometimes I think Im on the wrong forum...
  24. Sorry, didnt know "Dark" had been done. Always used it, not trying to be better
  25. And some stickers, lots of them I hear they add heaps of hp
