  2. saw the other day an r33 gtr with over 300,000kms on it for sale, apprently still going strong. standard motor/turbos etc
  3. how did u fit that offset and rim width on a gtst? any mods to make em fit?
  4. run 10psi until u get sum sort of ecu, anymore then that and ur most proberbly gona hit R&R.

  6. i had a leak from the drivers side aswell, took me ages to find where it was, ended up been this hose ABOVE the starter motor, was an ass to get too and i had to take the starter off. if u cant find it, wait till it gets abit worse and it u should be able to hear it/trace it goodluck
  7. i wouldnt mind sumfin like this also....mine had the nismo front lip, but after a year of goin up and down my driveway it got pretty messed up so i took my bumper to a panel shop and they took it off, filled the holes and gave it a respray im guessing the r32 gtr lip would need some modification to fit, but i dont think it would need that much...keen to see how this goes
  8. keep the GTR badges and V-Spec sticker (if its a v-spec), but dnt add the shopping list, keep it clean and smooth

  11. thanks for the replys, after seeing it in person the exhaust wheel is not steel wheeled and he wasnt 100% accurate with his descriptions :S

  13. i might be able to pick up a high flow RB20 turbo from a mate. it was on his r32 gtst when he bought it, only running standard boost. he took it off to go bigger and he asked if i wanna buy it. my question is how well will an RB20 high flow turbo perform on an RB25 ? are they too small? will it run out of puff up top? ive got the usual first stage mods on my r33: full 3" turbo back zorst/hi flow cat (3"), front mount cooler, pod with cai, heavy duty clutch, upgraded coil packs, tuned ecu running 12psi on standard turbo.. the inlet side of his turbo has been machined to fit the larger compresser wheel and the exhaust wheel is steel. dunno much more about it really, has very minimal shaft play, overall looks in good nick. will it be enough to get around 210 ish RWKW on my rb25? or am i dreaming any info would be great, thanks !

  15. i noticed this aswell, over the past few weeks here in sydney as temps has reached 40 degrees. is it THAT necessary to run a heat shield around the pod air filter even if u hav a front mount cooler? i also for the first time went for slightly ticker oil, running 10w-50 fully synthetic...

  22. well last friday night i was in the city and noticed that my headlights wernt that bright, i jumped out and found my passenger headlight was burnt. so it was my decission to turn my lower driving lights on (r33 series 2) just to componsate for the light being out. i was drivin down george street and i see this cop car chuckin a u-turn with the lights going ! he got stuck in sum traffic few cars behind me but soon as he got the chance he came behind me and pulled me over. he started going on about the "spot lights" i go "lower driving lights" officer. he goes no the fog lights were blinding him and should only be used in the appropriate weather conditions. he got my license details, got breath tested, asked if i had any fines etc, i go no never. few days later i reciever the fine in the mail, $84 for driving with fog lights on !!
  23. hmmm i think you dont have to run afms with that ecu, its like the power fc d-jetro wich uses map sensors instead....best to look on there website and find out for sure if u dnt hav to run afms, dont. some say their a restriction on the inlet path (they got mesh inside)....twin steel airtake pipes with filters clamped on the ends would be the best way
