mine does this also, but comes and goes im gona try turnin the climate control switch off it stops once the heater is on abover 26degrees weird problem :S

i also wanna know if the r33 gtr one fits r33 gtst cos its not listed what are the prices of these in AUS$ ??

hey guys my overflow bottle would get bellow the MIN line after 3ish days of driving, i had a crack in my standard radiator so i changed that to a cooling pro 40mm item. lately after i go on a 30min or so drive and stop the car, i can see coolant running from ontop of the starter motor somewhere. i saw it only drip for say 10 - 30secs after the car has been switched off. after haveing a quick geez under the bonnet i can see traces of coolant running on top of the gearbox and running either side then finaly drippin on the ground i have herd a hissing sound after i switch the car off, but i cant find it... is there a way to pressurise the system so i can find where the leak is ??? how do i do this? im pretty good at doin things myself, so if theres something i have to buy to do the job, i'l go get it thanks guys

who not? do you believe that imports with 40,000kms etc on a 15 year old car are legit? think again buddy there are other ways to tell if the car is in decent condition, then by lookin at the Km's

corect me if im wrong but shouldnt the copper plug code be BCPR6ES-1.1 gapped to 0.8? sounds like R&R, turn boost down to 10psi or less

ok i herd that my problem could be the radiator cap i noticed when i put it on the my new radiator that it still had abit of movement and wasnt sealing 100%, so i bent the little tabs on the cap abit so it can tighten up once i do it up now i also herd the pressure rating could be wrong? im goin to buy a new radiator cap, wot pressure ratin do they hav to have? buy a nismo one? (but very $$) or just ask for a stock replacement?

i blead the system from the little screw on the top of the engine had it undone until the car got to operating temp and the lil bubbles stopped comin out. didnt take longer then afew mins to blead it if thats wrong, should i do try bleading it again? how exactly do i do it? while the car is hot, or start it when cold and let it idle until at operating temp while the screw is undone?? thanks

i checked mine after a 30min drive, the car must of been sittin for 5 - 10mins, still cnt see any leaks or anything very strange.....

now this has been goin on for afew months, and knowing that my old radiator had a slight leak, i didnt think much of it. anywayz last week i bought a 40mm aluminium radiator from just jap and did a full collant change. after topping up, bleeding it properly etc i decided to check the level afew days later. overflow bottle was between MAX and MIN, so i topped it up thinkin that maybe i didnt fill the radiator to the top durin the change. just noticed today theres no water in the overflow bottle !? i am not leakin any coolant, il take the car for a good drive then look under the car and nothin is dripping, hose clamps r nice n tight. doesnt look like anything is coming from the water pump either engine oil is clean as, did a service 4 weeks ago and the whole amount of engine oil did come back out (after 6000 odd kms), no signs of water in the oil what could it be?? any help fellas would be great !!

im looking at upgrading my fuel pump so i can reliably run 200rwkw. herd the stock gtst fuel pump can sometimes lose flow at this power level ( depending on condition on pump etc) i came across an R33 GTR fuel pump, and i was wondering whether the complete GTR cradle/pump/mounting position etc, all lines up perfectly with the gtst one? is it a direct fit? cos im assuming it will be easyier to just replace the whole cradle and pump in one go instead of mucking around and changin fuel pumps etc any info would be great

ive had mine on my car for over a year now, and never ever had a problem with it on the freeway or anything i guess it is added security to have the bonnet pins, but im hardly on the motorway (usualy just to wollongong for a cruise and back) the rest is city, stop start driving if i was to do alot of highway driving....i might consider it, more of a safety thing then anything else

i have never ever let my fuel go low enough for the light to come on....there realy is no reason as to why u would let ur light come on and continue driving for another 50kms i always top up when my fuel gets to 1/3 if u continue to let the light come on, ur more likely to suck up rubbish...but thats what the fuel filter is for i guess
