considering all your questions im thinking you are just trying to beat the system and not be honest about your situation and take whats coming to you. as already said, if you take it to court - it may depend on if the judge is having a good day but chances are, he wont give a f*ck what your story is. its the usual thing - do the crime, pay the time...
