quick question re packing: does anyone know whether we need to take any bedding for wakefield or the other place? (pillow, sleeping bag, towel...)

im happy with cabins - book away snowy!!! departure time, im happy either way. id be happy with say meeting at 5, departing 5.30 or something like that - i just know (from experience of family trips to qld!) the earlier the better!!!

i knew wakefield park was near goulburn, and guess i just assumed it was in wakefield so searched that but searching goulburn it does say 7 hours... does that mean leaving earlier won't be considered? or really not necessary?

i just did a whereis from melbourne to wakefield and thats how long it said it was, no idea if its accurate!!

10 hours and 30 mins to wakefield roughly we'll be having a few stops on the way i would imagine so will take longer... i spose with stops and stuff we'd be there by 6pm wouldnt we what do we all think? just wondering whether leaving at 6am will give us enough time to have an enjoyable drive up there and not be too knackered!! or whether we should leave a bit earlier...?

I drive the rolla, my beast, to the train station and train into work (in the city) - when i work! otherwise, i drive my whenever i need to go anywhere and the outback is already in use and paul's car is not around!
