  1. Ive been thinking about this problem with both GTS-t's and GT-R's. with GTS-t's its a rear wheel drive with four wheel steering so the wheels that are driving are also steering somewhat. similar with the GT-R's they would have a setup on both the front and rear since they are 4wd some of the time and steering with all four wheels. ive never come across this before untill i was asked about it... what mechanism does it use to drive the wheels and steer them? ive never heard anyone talk about CV joints or anything similar before so im asking. thanks for your help guys much appreciated.
  2. we had a market crash well massive "bear run", "correction" what ever you want to call it and now are pulling out of it definantly in the up cylce. the thing about crashes is: a) is everything overvalued? no B) securities are halted trading if they fall too low c) there is still to many resources being utilised and companies laying off staff to stay profitable.
  3. get the Magna AWD 3.5 executive with manual. trust me the executive 3.5 is better than the VRX 3.5. it develops tourqe and power at much lower revs. ive driven a 3.5 executive manual and they ****in pull hard. used to wheel spin in first by accelerator, 0-100 7.0 (dodgy mobile phone stopwatch but trip computer reakons it was 100km/h) only ran out of balls at 180km/h untill that it pulled harder than a holden HSV 185kw calais. they werent called V8 killers for nothing
  4. All disc brakes have the calipers touching the disc at all times. they do this because they are auto-adjusting. unlike Drum brakes which are un-adjusting. the point of auto adjusting is so that when the pads wear down they are pushed into contact with the disc so that there is no travel for the pad to the disc. if they were un-adjusting like the Drum brakes the travel the brakes must do translates into travel in the brake pedal. so auto-adjusting means that movement in the pedal = contact.
