I was deciding on a wii or a 360 to complement my ps3 and after reading and seeing all of these 360's crash and burn I opted for a wii as I dont want a console that in the short term ill have to send back to get fixed due to a design fault. And you talk about sony not caring about the quality of their products..... As I said im not a fanboy of any of them as I already own two systems and would of got the 360 if it was as reliable as my wii and ps3.

A computer isnt going to determine how loud your spooling is. Its got to do with A) the type of filter you have B) how much boost you are running. Also i noticed with mine it increased by putting on a front mount. If your talking about fluttering then you Bov will come into it depending on how tight you have the srew wound.

Bought COD4 on PS3 today cant wait to give it a go over the weekend. Im hoping its as good as everyone says it is.

Ps3 for me im not a fanboy of either machine as I own a Wii as well. But the people that say 360 has more games than ps3 have a look at how long its been out for... of course it should have alot more games. Both a pretty even with the 360 being easy to program for but I guess things will change when developers know how to exploit the PS3's capabilities. Blu ray format is another positive not just for movies but allows alot more storage space for games compared to the DVD-9 format on 360. It depends really on what games you like. All of my favorite games are sony exclusives so that sealed the deal for me plus I got a blu ray player out of it as well. FYI I have a 60gb version so backward compatiblilty isnt a problem for me. When I was going to buy the Wii I tossed up on if I should get a 360 instead but the fact (at the time) they had problems with reliabilty decided to steer me clear of the 360.

I picked up Assassins Creed also, very nice game loving what ive played of it so far. Out of curiosity has anyone experienced problems on either systems like others have? Im talking about frame rate issues and locking up? Also for the Ps3 owners which FW are you using? I picked it up last night and the guy at the store told me not to install version 2.0 of the FW as thats whats causing all the problems I left it at 1.94 and dont seem to be having dramas but I am worried it might end up causing problems that others are having any thoughts?

Was going to be playing Haze next thursday but since it was postponed till the 13th of December and now today I hear it wont be released till next year im p@ssed off! I guess ill go out and buy assassins creed tomorrow and pick up mario galaxy next week. But at the moment im playing metroid prime 3 and madden 08

thanks for all your help guys it was a hard decision and at one stage I almost bought both but I took your first pick Kralster and bought Metroid. its a pretty cool game from what I've played so far. it feels like the story is very similar to the alien movies which is cool. your right about the controls though I'm still getting used to it.

Isnt Ratchet and Clank a PS3 exclusive though???

I forgot to mention I have never played either of the titles previous games so would you still pick Metroid? The only Metroid game I have played is Super Metroid on the SNES.

Hey guys was hoping for a little bit of help. Got a invite to a closed store sale of JB through work and I was hoping Haze or Super Mario Galaxy would be out so I wouldnt be in this situation but I am planning on getting 1 game tonight and I dont know which one to get. Can any who has played either give me the pros and cons etc. I dont think it will be much of a discount but ive finished most of the games on my wii and ps3 and need something to fill the gap before haze and super mario galaxy come out and these both caught my eye.

Thanks for your reply mate. Just for the record I know of 1 game that outputs to 1080i and 1080p and thats Ridge Racer 7 looks pretty schmick I must say. Would be good to see if COD4 does though as it looks like a game that could take full advantage of full HD.

Saw this on my sisters boyfriends 360 and boy did it look good, Im going to get it on ps3 but I have heard conflicting reports does COD4 output to 1080p or not. Who has it on ps3 that could tell me?

Picked up Guitar Hero 3 on the wii last wednesday so I have been playing that pretty much every day since then. Cant wait for Haze on Ps3 and Super Mario Galaxy at the end of this month!

Check the group buys on the site and also the traders you can usually get the for around 500 I think. Um yeah they can go that early I had one let go awhile ago at around 60,000 too. Double check your plugs just to be certain but if your getting the engine light come up with your TCS etc im almost 100% sure its a coil.

Its your coils one of them is playing up causing it to run on 5 cylinders. If you replace them with Splitfires you wont have to worry again. Its happened to alot of people on here with R34's. Probably replacing the plugs was too much for your factory coils.

is it any good? I remember playing PaRappa on the PS1 like 10 or so years ago and it was pretty fun. One thing I have noticed about PSP games is their length is very short. I bought Killzone Liberation on the PSP on monday and im up to chapter 3 out 4 chapters on the UMD already. I even downloaded the optional chapter 5 and they just seem really short. Are all PSP games short like this?

They were available in late 97 also. As mentioned the badges on the rear pillars and the badge also stitched into the seats. Also there was an option for a different front bar too.
