Hi Sinista wellllllll, I think it is a new girl but she is very nice (AKA iKandy's sister). No don't post hardly at all not even on proutes. Slack huh??!! I still see my old girl getting around Jerra and wish I still had her. Stu told me you got a supra, very nice, very nice. I did see a real nice white r33 along canberra ave this arvo in the lane beside me, I kept checking it out cos it looked so good.

Trivia is now held on Thursday nights and has finished for a little bit. Don't think that will change when it arcs up again. Has been getting heaps of people in for the last few weeks it was on so the bistro gets pretty packed. Oh, they have changed hands and run by young Italians and much better than the last guy that was there.

hi Kat.........do you work in Russell? see a car just like yours where I park...looks good.

hey Alex, saw you this arvo parking at the ADFA clothing store, I was in the tailor shop, very nice ride you have there.
-
yes, the same Kate....why the Holden ute?.....always had a thing for utes, fell for this one hook line and sinker, 350 chev motor sounds so hot and she goes pretty well too, ok, nowhere near as fast as a skyline but deceptively quick
-
I thought I saw you driving around last thurs night either Gordon or Calwell? I was on a ute cruise and not been over that way before so was am a little confused as to where it actually was....gees mate, thought you would have sold her by now.
-
sure did, it is Meguiar's Paint Cleaner...good value for money as it also does a fantastic job on the paint..my ute bonnet came up a treat with the stuff.
-
Not a true spotted but...you could have spotted me scraping the ice off my rental car this morning! I am in Baltimore and there was a snow/ice downpour yesterday...not the slushy stuff Canberra gets once a year but hard crunchy ice..I was so excited until I went out in it then it wasn't so much fun. Anyway my hire car is an Infiniti M35, 2007 model sedan. Push button start, full on luxury inside and gets up and goes very quick, although not throw yourself in the back of the seat type quick.....lol. Don't know if V6 or V8 but there is two sets of twin exhausts, but now I have to drive to Washington to catch my plane to my final destination for a few months...hoo roo!

Hey Shaun, I was surprised to see you're selling, one good looking skyline you have. My soarer is for sale as well, she will be out of the shed on Saturday...must be the season for selling. Good luck with your sale, shouldn't take too long for yours to get snapped up.

Hey MIVEC...which unit is your Dad posted? I might know him....yeah Iraq went to crap after the Tourism Centre closed down Ahhh, not buying another car, 'line or otherwise Stu had to buy a work ute, so I had to choose between the soarer and the ute...I figure I will get a lot more for the soarer than the ute, so I actually thought with my head not my heart (shock and horror..what's happened to me???????.......lol). Although, there is a minor ute restoration programme in place...and I DO love the gurgle/rumble that only an old V8 has ...so I guess I will be considered a bogan now...LOL I an in Sydney next week for Force Prep Training and leave Canberra on 13 March for Baltimore as I have to do a few work related things there (and some great shopping at a HUGE mall across from where I will be staying)..then go to Iraq on 17 March, back early Oct or so.

The Jerra social golf club runs raffles just before trivia starts.......did you see the big yella wb ute in the car park??? That's my new ride...long story...but I have chosen the yella terra over the soarer, so soarer will be up for sale before I head to Iraq.
-
No worries Emily, I have to take my dog to the vet at 1000, but yeah, let me know if you come unstuck.
-
Hi Emily, I have a ute that I can help you with next weekend; how much stuff do you have? Let me know day/timings. cheers, Kate.

Where to get Skyline Serviced
soarergal replied to r33skylinegtst's topic in Australian Capital Territory
From a soarer perspective, Trojan rate very highly in my books. AutoTech dyno tuned her last year, which was a great tune; however, he told us he is cautious and wouldn't run anymore than 15psi unless 600cc injecters were fitted. As a result of the dyno shootout at Jakes Performance, I will be going there to get some tweaking done. For normal servicing/problems though, I go to Neil Griffiths at Rush Imports in Queanbeyan, as he is the soarer/toyota guru of probably the whole of Canberra. Despite my previous 'loyalty' to EVO Motorsport; they lost me when Stu forgot what spark plugs to use in the soarer when he did a minor service awhile ago. Rush wasn't open so he asked EVO and the ones they recommended were totally wrong and left her running rather rough until Neil fixed it. -
lol, don't forget the little ford (laser?) that pulled a massive 35 kx at the front wheels. Was a good morning, thanks Matt for letting us know about it.

Sure was

Spotted a hot custom acid rush R33 on jerra roundbaout twice this arvo

-

Storm Vs Broncos (nsw Is Spewin)
soarergal replied to Sinista32's topic in Australian Capital Territory
Whoo hoo! yeah Sin, Simpkins has openly admitted he hates the Broncos, so no love lost in his rulings normally. At the end of the day, the scoreline is all that matters, reagrdless who won. I wouldn;t have minded losing to Storm, they are a great side, just not good enough, they should have scored quite a few times, but Broncs kept them out. I had tears in my eyes, especially for Webke, he had a blinder, rapt he goes out on a high note. I certainly don't mind being a Broncos retard
