well, I say, do the diagnostic first, if any sensor showing faulty fix them first.(mostly wires connection with sensor than it self ) and check your fuses and magnet switch. if fuse is keep blowing under dash. you might have dead compressor due to drawing too much current. I had little experiance with my R32 and end up seeing pros at unique auto down at Castle hill. it cost $700 just recondition it because they can't find any alternative for me.

I have fitted GTR bonnet and yes, you are right. the hinges are same but I find bonnet lock and support panel fits perfect with new GTR bonnet unless the lock will cause problem with GTR grill. well, it didn't make any sense to me since it fits perfect. guess I will find out when I get GTR grill but until than, I won't know the difference between GTR lock and GTST lock.. would you know??

Unique motor sports in Castle Hill just informed my compressor is dead!! there was no 2nd hand part and he offered $790 to recondition my compressor plus fitting $150~200.. does anyone knows where to look for imported car parts? justjap don't have it and don't know where to look nomore. Dame compressor!! guess I am gonna have hot air for the moment!!

I am having same problem as JK I re-gas it about a week ago from a mob in Auburn to convertion and he did leak test and changed two valve fitting but not changing dryer or oil. he said it's only optional and not to worry. when he started A?C to test it. the compressor wasn't kicking in and keep blowing fuses like JK. relay was OK, fan was OK gas was there but some how drawing like 12 amp. I can feel the cold air if I use 15 or 20amp fuse but blows short after..may be 30 sec. I am seeing unique Auto sports at Castle hill this Tuesday and see how it goes...

I have checked mine and it is ZEXEL DCW 17BE Part no: 506231 -0097 se no: (2691) 033560 I have other question if anyone knows, I have regas my a/c to R134A from mob down at auburn, he charged $150 for changing two valves and re-gas. but I believe there is more involved as changing dryer and oil in compressor?? or doesn't matter? I wasn't aware it so I questioned him but he said I wasn't necessary to fit new dryer it is optional. what do you think guy? would that f*** up my A/C? I am taking mine to Unique Auto sports at Castle hill this tuesday to see what is wrong with my car. I am just hoping my compressor isn't f**k up because they didn't change oil... if it did? I am going ask money back and charge him for the compressor!!

Hello SAU members~!! I was wondering if any one knows the part number of a/c compressor for 1992 R32 gtst or alternative compressor from other model of Nissan maybe Pintara or ute?. I guessing most of nissan vehicle uses same parts if they were manufactured with in same years unless it shows the diference like 1.6 pulsa and skyline. but don't know for sure . my a/c was playing up a bit starting to show faulty sensor so, fixem up than, gas ran out so, re gas it and now, the compressor won't kick in and blowing fuses. I am using 25amp fuse instead of 10amp (original blue) to just to keep cold air but won't last long... I am seeing a specialist on this Wed, but most likely compressor needed to be replaced. I might run up to wrackers if I can find alternative compressor from other nissans. come on guys, talk to me!!
