cheers mate i went back to them and booked my car in for next week my car now cant even hold boost which is a real pain will hit .7 bar thendrop off eratically back to .5 and sit there so yea gonna get them to check it out n re dyno hope all goes well

oh bugger didnt know if a simple reply like that would cause ppl to complain about whining ? if i was whining i would be saying this is bull**t etc but im not just telling ppl how much i payed

i filled up today at 148.9 its killing me still being at school n all

found out my standard bov wasnt blocked off and it was leaking went back to the sho i had it dynoed at and said that would of been the cause so a mate blocked it off and feels alot better however now i set hi boost to 0.7 bar when im driving it will reach .7 bar then releases and goes down to .5 bar and stays consistant till i change gear not sure the prob now

i took my car to j shop who fitted the ebc n found out my stock bov wasnt blocked off we he blocked it off n drove set the ebc to low boost which was .4 however still overboosted to .9 bar he fiddled around with tubing and bypassing sumthing until we got it right so now my high boost is set to .7 bar which worked it hits that and doesnt go further however after this i hav experienced more problems it wont hold .7 bar any further then 4500 rpm at 4500 rpm at .7 bar boost it will just release with my foot on the pedal, so now i hav another problem

yea i know felt like adiffernt car after what my mate did however need to get the ebc readjusted so it holds at 11 consistant and have no leaks

alrite tommorow morning il head back there and show them wat my mate did and ask them if that was the reason for the boost loss at high revs cause afte rmy mate connected sum tubing there my car has never felt more powerfull

yea i know what u mean my mate said im surprised no one picked up on it and my old man is quit annoyed that the place i took my car to didnt see it however even with a after market bov near my pod is the stock bov still supposed to hav tubing connecting to the throttlebody/plenum ?

hmm i see but anyone got any idea what i mean about the stock bov and any chance of that leakin and why when i put a small tubing there my boost jumped to 1 bar with a ebc installed set to 11 would it need readjusting ?

yea i can feel more power however it hit 1.0 bar and i got very worried does this mean i need to get my ebc rea adjusted ? or

il hava look tommorow however just recently got a high flow xforce cat installed well heres a pic of what im trying to tell u guys that tubing which i hav indicated was not connected and my mate thought it would be leaking so he got some strong kart fuel line and connected it then i started boosting however i a little to much hit 1 bar where as my ebc is set to 11 psi any thoughts ?

hmm guys this is real hard to explain but went to see aguy i knew had a look at the dyno sheet and looked under the bonnet for leaks etc he looked at the stock bov and saw that it wasnt blocked cause i hav after market bov connected near the pod he put some tubing on the end of it and connected it to another tubing line which is connected to the throttle body sorry im not good with motors but as i was saying i drove it and this time it actually felt like it was boosted however hit 1 bar so i let off straight away he turned my ebc off and i drove it was hitting .8 bar and felt much much better i could tell because the bov was much louder and could hear the pressure releasing alot more however in 3rd gear it almost hits 1 bar which i was told is veryvery unsafe for my car so i just putted my way home any ideas ?

guess il have a look just aint the best when it comes to under the bonnet lol any tips on wat i should look for ?

it feels great to drive i admit im just searching for power and the gusy at hyperdrive said i should get the boost checked cause if my ebc is set to 11 psi shouldnt it stay ? or is it normal that it drops back down to 7 or 8sh psi at high revs

exatcly it aint dead stock why i aint to happy and i bought the car from autoworx which he freshly imported from japan with 90k on the clock i was talking to someone before and they think sumthings up with the boost because its dropping after certain amount of rpm

was running halfa tank of ultimate and my car was dynoed early in the morning to it was quite cold roughly 18-19 degrees im just confused why my boost dropped of sucha considerable amount practically back to standard psi

after ive selected it and click add atatchment it seems ti dissapear hmm this isa pain
