as i said before and will say it again this problem has only occured after driving it a week ago on my way to a igntion cruise here in perth i gave it a bit in 2nd hit about 5 thousand rpm then dropped rappidly after that is when i cant hit boost at all in any gear neutral driving nothing,

yea i really doubt its the turbo since ive had it fitted alogn with assisting mods ive driven it about 4 time in nearly 2 months, reken upgrading the clutch should do the trick ? and ty for more helpfull comments im still young and dont know a whole lot so maybe i wrote the rong thing in the thread title..

i gota gt30 internaly gated fitted, say a week ago before wat happened i could rev it in neutral and it was fine even when normal driving i cant hit boost at all and struggles to get to like 3-4 thousand revs. im trying to think if its the clutch or maybe i have a bigger problem ..

thats wat i mean manwhre i just got a brandnew turbo fitted... , if the turbo is rooted wouldnt i of noticed at the time ? white smoke puffin out or ?

lol because my clutch is rooted or ? i mean this will sound dumb before this incident i could rev my car ? and let off and the blow off wil release now when i rev it can only go to like 4k revs and boost doesnt even go above 0

hey guys not long ago my clutch has been getting bad, and as i was driving it changing from 2nd - 3rd it felt like a a big slip ever since then my car cant seem to boost? i tried it before reving it in neautral and cant boost at all ? any ideas on whats happening ? cheers sam

haha 550 for a 2nd hand twin plate lol lucky bugger, i woulda got that but oh well as i said the car wil be driven on weekends only and not going to be thrashed much, only the odd occasion where sau organises a event or the odd wed night drags

hah if he wants the same price for it as a nomrla exedy or extreme dont hav that much to sepnd also after a 5 grand car to drive daily so on a budget

if i had that much to spend andrew i would and ovaboost quoted me he told me not to go for atwin plate, and said i wont need it but yea im gona try search the net see if i can find the same clutch but cheaper

i just got quoted for a extreme 9 puck ceramic clutch sprung centre i belive for 900 fitted, 650 for the clutch alone , aythoughts on this clutch ? cheers sam

lol yea but no good having mods when uve missed one lol and now not driveble lol oh well as long as i know its the clutch il get one this week sum time cheers guys

hey guys on the way to the cruise last night i gave it a bit then, my clutch went i think well wat happend was i guned it in second revs went up but speed stay ed the same, after this when i drive it takes a long time to get up in revs, and cant hit boost at all, reken this is the clutch ? cheers sam

yer i was a bit dissapointed i ended up waiting til 2:30 in the morning to leave, had to keep checking where the cops were once isaw them leave one side where they were blockign i made my getway
