antone have u offered anyone over 9k? this guy is trying to sell his car for $13500 and u r just insulting him and others as well including myself and everyone else you have tried to offer well below what myself and they have been asking for their cars. How about you get the money this person is after and then perhaps make a genuine offer not like the offers you've been making on EVERY R32 for sale - from what I've seen the cars have been selling for 12k + and uve been offering around 10k which you say you don't have. You've mentioned you have 7k... get some $$ and then make some genuine offers instead of wasting people's time. Oh and thats a nice looking R32 buddy...good luck with your sale... I think we are all having issues with selling our 32s now and people like this guy (ANTONE) don't help... good luck

yea but that other witness just seemed like a complete moron... started screaming at my mate when he wasn't even involved in the accident..how can he judge what light my mate ran...its ridiculous...issue lies in the fact that my mate doesn't have insurance so will probably need to get some solicitors...he wrote his statement to the insurance company of the car that didn't give way but her insurance comany called him and said they will send him repair bill... Hate people who generalise Skyline drivers ("witness") and try get involved in things which have no relation to them what so ever

Is it not the law however that you stop at a yellow UNLESS it is unsafe to do so? In this situation it was unsafe to do so as he was travelling at around 40-50km/hr and there were cars behind him...

I want to add to this post with a question for a mate who has an R33...he recently ran into a shitty little hyundai..light hit..wasn't his fault...he was going straight, ran a yellow light and the hyundai didn't give way while turning right and he went right into it...not much damage at all but after the accident some other car pulled up and this dickhead got out and started screaming and abusing my mate saying it was his fault sayin he ran a red light and all and demanded my mates licence...due to the shock my mate complied with all this and easily gave licence and all...now the hyundai's insurance called my mate and is demanding payment for her car claiming it is my mates fault as their client and the witness had both made statements...does the witness count for anything espcially considering this witness behaved in this manner when he wasn't even a part of the accident and could not have seen the light at which my mate drove...he looks like an obvious skyline hater...looks like the typical dick to generalise skyline drivers as hoons... My mate doesn't have insurance and was wondering as to what the actions he can take now as it was clearly not his fault...any advice guys? sorry for going a bit off on this thread but seems most appropriate for this question thanks

yeah they usually start asking questions about who and how old...when I got a house in rye for 16 ppl (HUGEEEEE house called MOONAH RIDGE) they didn't mind a group of young people...although had some mates go the following year and lose their $1000 bond and the owners wouldn't let me hire it again the year after that heh usually they have 1week minimums

Just an update on my situation...I sent the letter back to EPA with the stat dec stating that I had 2 females in the car not a MALE as stated and no one threw anything out the window and received a response today saying upon investigating my case they have withdrawn the fine:)

the engine bay is clean...only thing is the engine bay hasn't been sprayed so is the original colour - burgundy

if you find one for $450 on ebay new you will be lucky...its $450 + $50 delivery...i just got 1 ...$500 all up ... great phone

Sad to see it go but time has come to sell my 1993 R32 GTS-T as money is becoming an issue for me. Travelling overseas at the end of the year and need to sell the car to be able to finance this. The car is a 1993 R32 GTS-T in lamborghini orange with a black bonnet...these 2 colours together actually look very good... around 133,000kms 5spd Manual - Extreme HD clutch replaced 2500-3000kms ago 3" exhaust Pod Filter S15 wheels the car is running great Serviced every 5000kms - just changed NGK platinum plugs 1000kms ago Car has rego until end of Feb 2007 and will have RWC Also, plates SKYXTC will come with the car I am after $11700 for it with the plates and RWC

I just find it ridiculous and amusing at the same time as I am a non smoker who has undergone 2 major heart operations and accusing me or anyone in my car of throwing out a cigarette packet is ... of all things...weird...

oh and I just looked at the EPA website and found the form that ANYONE can fill out if they see any litter being thrown from a car so you do not have to be a local government person...it can be completed by anyone

Some prick probably had something against my car..but why say male passenger when I very clearly had 2 female passengers heh I don't smoke myself and don't allow smoking in my car so noone would have been throwing out cigarette packets from my car...I will contest this and should this proceed to court I will fight this there...Not really fair that you can dob anyone in even if they haven't done anything wrong...ridiculous trust system we have in place
