Hey guys, Just got an EPA notice for a front male passenger throwing out a cigarette packet?? bit weird considering that at the alleged time and alleged place I had a female passenger (and not 1 that looks like a male!) heh and she knows better than to smoke in my car and did not throw any cigarette packets out the window. Firstly, who is it that gives these EPA notices out? Can any member of the public just dob in any number plate and allege that an offence was committed. Secondly, is it a sufficient argument that my passenger was not MALE therefore the alleged offence may also have been a mistake?

There should be two flashes, the first being when you cross the first line AFTER the light turns red and the second being for crossing the second line. I have a family friend who is a taxi driver and whenever he runs the first line on red he just turns right and avoids the second flash.

If your last speeding fine was around 3 years ago you could possibly try and get off the fine. I received a fine however this was for being 6km/hr over the limit and only 1 demerit point and my last fine was 2 and a half years before this and was also just a 5km/hr fine, I wrote a letter to good old Constable Ritchie and asked for a warning rather than the fine as I had been well behaved on the roads. Around 2 months later I received a letter saying I had been excused from the fine and that it was taken down as a warning. You could try write up a nice letter if you fall into a similar criteria of not receiving any fines for almost 3 years.

Does anyone have any clue as to what exactly happened on chapel street last night outside chasers? There were at least 10-15 cop cars and chapel was closed off between chasers and commercial road and cops were walking around with what looked like capsicum spray...?? This was at around 2am...anyone have any clue as to what actually happened there? Some people say cops beat someone up...all i know is I saw a puddle of blood next to KFC Oh and there was a retard in a white r33 who decided to chuck a U turn and floor his car right in front of the cops when the cops were all preparing to leave...nice work....saw the cops looking at your plates and I believe passing it on to other cops

I normally park at coles car park if i intend on staying there for a short period of time (less than 2 hours) or if i intend on spending the day then I usually park in the newly built car park. I've found that paying with credit card has paid off my parking and not charged my credit card a cent...im hoping this issue hasn't been fixed up and hopefully i can continue parking free Parking on the street...ull find that these spots are always taken ...ure very lucky if u find a vacant 4 hour spot on the street...

I believe I am having the same problem as this too and have been told its due to sticky callipers... found a place that rebuilds the callipers for i think $35 each for backs and $40 each for fronts..somethin like that + parts (pistons if these r gone)... these r trade prices...if ne1 needs i can give them the number of this place...i will be taking my callipers there in a weeks time
